5 /5 Kathleen: Im not a religious person, but we were invited by a neighbor who is the musical director of this church to watch a show, The Lute Legends Collective. This group is comprised of three musicians from different cultures each playing the version of the lute that came about in each culture. The three performers were Chinese, Palestinian, and Canadian, and they not only played, but they also shared information enjoy the history of how a common instrument, the lute, evolved in each country. They had played at Benny Royal Hall the night before, so this was indeed a unique opportunity to see this caliber of performance in our community. The church is also progressive and welcoming to all, which is in line with my morals and values. This made it comfortable to participate, knowing everyone is equally valued and welcome.
4 /5 Jonathan Erler: One of the few that hasnt lost its way in right wing propaganda. They actually read and study the scriptures instead of pasting hate and twisted ideas over their faith. They know what christ actually was preaching.
5 /5 Daren Chidester: This is my church and we are renovating it and making things more up date. Nice place to come because of the people who go to St Johns. The congregation gives of their heart and a lot more and if it was not for the congregation I would have left a long time ago. I do wish Covid-19 would go so things can get back to normal. Or back to some what a normal church. Faith and Love is the key with forgiveness because how can we be forgiven by God if we cannot forgive others no matter what the circumstances are. Yes this is hard for most but at least try to Love and Forgive
5 /5 StaalCowley Teresa (Teresa Marie Art/ Design): I believe this was my fourth time as a vendor at Saint Johns Episcopal Churchs Christmas Faire. Their Christmas Faire is one of my favorites as a vendor. I am so thankful to have sold my original John Lennon sketch with calligraphy including the lyrics to his song "Imagine" and many other handmade items.
5 /5 Maria Medina: I’m go to mass to this church and I need the zoom to I can see it

Rumni Catalano: Came here for the free meal on Sunday’s. Been here twice. Just had a kind conversation with a woman from North Carolina. I was thinking about how valuable These volunteers are. They should be getting paid to do the charity service they are providing for the homeless on sundays. It’s pretty crowded, busy, and loud but the resource for homeless is more than virtuous from what I’m noticing the two weeks I’ve been here. Please treat this place right, they are too kind.! ❤️❤️❤️

Shannon Wells: Love Pastor Matt sermon topics and delivery. Very relevant sermons. Best Good Friday service I have ever been to. For me, the music worship goes a bit long but I am not much of a singer.

J Mcclain: Not visited yet. Looks like a nice church, but I wish they had the temerity to paint the church mostly a traditional white or off white. I know churchs are trying to look more acceptable, but I want to be able to tell a church is a church from a distance. I should not have to get up close so I can read the sign. Anyway, I will be visiting this church because it does looks otherwise inviting.

Leanne Long: I came to the Roots Community Church a few years ago and have found the teaching and love of the Lord here. We are a Jesus centered church and Pastor Russ Newkirk is a powerful preacher. I love everything about this church - the preaching, music/worship songs, love of all of the people.

Meg G.: They graciously host Cornerstone Christian School, which has been such a blessing to my family. My friends who attend their Bible study and services are some of the best people I know.
