With her previous practice being an OB/GYN, I felt even more blessed that I had her experience to help me, with my current situation. I am very impressed with her. Rachelle Miner: Having moved back to the Valley a few years ago, I had to get a new primary doctor. I wanted someone younger, and motivated and also a DO if possible. I am happy to say that Dr Hafen is all of the above. My first appt he took the time (45 minutes) for me to tell him everything about me and get to know what I was looking for. He did not do the typical "well blood work is normal, sorry" routine. It was such a relief. I have been seeing him now for a few years and am so happy that I chose the right primary for me. As a small business owner in Mount Vernon, I chat with my clients with all sorts of things. I always recommend him if they are looking for a new doctor. I dont normally even do reviews, but he deserves it.

Ryan Ostrom: I have been trying to change pharmacies for over a week with no success. The phone system does not allow calls into the office. I physically walked in 3 days in a row in an effort to communicate with them and was supposed to get a call back which never happened. The portal won’t let me log in and nobody can seem to help me with it. I have no idea how anyone could work with these people. If I could give negative stars, negative one million stars would be an accurate depiction of the service. .

I have found them very responsive and helpful and I recommend them. Dr. Kyle Walsh has been my primary care physician at the Skagit Residency Clinic and I feel very fortunate to have found him. I feel very heard and authentically cared about. I think of other Doctors in general who come in the exam room for 5 or 10 minutes and need to hurry out to their next appointment. That is not the case with Dr. Walsh. He has spent the time needed to address all my concerns even staying late on an occasion. Anyone who ends up with Dr. Walsh will be in very good hands.
