1 /5 Ena Hua: My sister recommended this place but honestly it’s really bad. I went in there for a balayage but came out with a very sensitive scalp with burns and nail scratches and NOT what I wanted. The three hairdressers worked on dying my hair and were super rough with my scalp. The whole time they were scrubbing it really roughly and only spoke Vietnamese. I don’t think they knew I could understand them but I literally could hear them questioning themselves in the middle of the bleaching process!! When I got to my second bleaching, the whole thing was obviously very uneven and I could see how some parts weren’t even bleached properly. It’s a balayage but they still touched my roots even when I asked not to. Honestly not a good time.
Paid less than 300 which makes sense, you are definitely paying for what you get. In this case, poor treatment and a bad hair dye job!!!
