Often times that my brakes still have Xxxx amount of miles on them till they need service etc. they don’t just try to sell you but tell you if you don’t need them just yet!!! Making an appointment was easy and he completed the work in the estimated time, then test drove my car before handing it back to me, and all for a very reasonable price. He is professional, genuine, and skilled, and I highly recommend him. Like the sign says, no gimmicks, just great work and top-quality replacement parts.

5 /5 Valerie Schell: came in for something I thought would be a much bigger issue due to the noise my car was making, it was actually a very small fix , and luke was more than honest about everything going on, let me see the piece that was broken, and didn’t try to upsell or upcharge me for random stuff done on my car. They also offer a military discount which helped even more, with these big repairs. They got all the repairs done efficiently and correctly, they got me back on the road and I’ve been able to use the Jeep to go to work, without worries. Thank you guys! And I appreciate all of you and also appreciate Taylor explaining everything from beginning details to ending details, I highly recommend them! Honest, reliable, super reasonable and polite.

Maybe shouldnt say this, but when I tried paying him, he just said " no charge, have a good trip." Not wanting to start a stampede of eager cheapskates decending on his business, but he sure had a satisfied customer with me. If I lived there hed get all my business.

Fred M: Very honest, straightforward people to deal with! I had my vehicle at the dealership for an oil change and they overtightened the drain plug, causing the threading to be messed up to the point of not being able to tighten fully. They told me my only option was to replace the oil pan for $1,800. A friend referred me to Kerr Car Care, I knew from one phone call that this was great shop. As I was explaining my situation, she was getting very upset of the lies I was being told from the dealership and told me they were trying to take advantage of me. To me this showed great integrity and passion for getting the job done correctly and not taking advantage of people. They were willing to get me in immediately as my car was leaking oil due to not being able to tighten the drain plug. With a new drain plug and some oil, I was good to go for only $60. They even took the time to show and explain to me how the dealership caused the problem. I love that this place is family owned and operated, very friendly and honest people. Thank you all so much.

Rachelle Ball: Memorial day weekend, I called them a minute before closing. They were the only place open within a 20 mile radius. They stayed open for me to bring my Promaster in for electronic E-brake issues during a trip. This is unheard of now from businesses, so I more than appreciate the goodwill from them. Highly recommend giving them your business.

Bobs Lil Car Hospital - Kelso

TazarZero: Took my car in to find an oil leak. They found it to be the oil cooler. Ok, great, replace the oil cooler and reseal the oil pan while youre there. They said, ok, but the head gasket has also failed. We are weary of working on an engine that doesnt have long for this world. I said it is noted, but dont worry about it right now, just seal the oil leaks. They said ok, and did the job. I get the car back a few days later, and come to find that one of their incompetent techs left a shop towel in the oil pan and it killed the engine the rest of the way. They took responsibility for the fault and replaced the engine at no cost to me - good, thank you. However, the engine they put in also has its own problem - a rattle at start up. Not only were they not "able to track the noise that was being made", they didnt bother to hook up a scan tool which would have told them exactly what was causing it. I know this because thats what I did with my own tool. So I showed them my findings and asked to have it fixed under the new engines warranty. Their short answer; I was denied. The long answer; they cant source an intake cam sprocket (the cause of the noise), so they wanted to consult with their engine supplier to see if they can take the WHOLE ENGINE back out for replacement, and said they would call me later with an answer.....I have yet to receive a call. So, they broke my original engine, replaced it with another broken engine, and still want to charge me more money to fix it when its still under warranty. Their business model is a joke now. Didnt used to be this way - Ive taken several cars to them in the past with satisfactory results, so thats why I went to them recently. Lesson learned.
