1 /5 Hals: I am extremely disappointed in this business and the owner. This business sold a gift card to me right before shutting down their Bellevue location WITHOUT letting me know [a 3 year customer] that they were closing down in two weeks from the purchase date. I have tried contacting the Chelan location, the owner [Michelle] and the info email for months now and they will not credit me the $150 gift card. This is extremely unprofessional and verifies all of the sketchy rumors I have heard. Extremely disappointed.
Update - It has been two years, I am still trying to get in contact with them, and they still will not answer me. All I want is either my money back, or for them to allow me to use my gift card on product. This is extremely unethical.
