2 /5 Abin Thomas: Came to this location twice. On the first trip, I had to do an alignment. After being told it would be $100 with a coupon on the phone, I was told $150 upon arriving. This was cleared up and I got the coupon. However, they did not provide me with the alignment report, stating and I quote:
"The machine malfunction when the tech tried to print it when he did the alignment. He tried to recover it and print but it is on multiple pages and does not include all the measurements. I will send you what we have. Sorry for the inconvenience."
So....did the machine actually do the alignment or error out? In what world is it okay to charge for an alignment and not receive results? Why not redo my alignment? I was busy so I decided to drop it.
Yesterday, I had a flat tire and decided to bring the car in for a flat repair. The lady on the phone told me I needed to bring it in within 10 minutes. Mind you, they close an hour and a half later, but okay, I guess they want to be done for the day. I called again to let them know that I would be 10 minutes late and was immediately put on hold. While I waited on hold, I actually arrived to the location and the person who put me on hold was getting themselves a cup of coffee. lol.
They then took my car and within 15 minutes called and told me they could not repair the flat and would offer me other options. Then when I came to pick up the car, I sat in their lobby for over 20 minutes waiting, only to hear "they didnt give you the keys?!" They can literally see me sitting their waiting. After I finally got the car back, I took it to 12th street tires and they repaired the tire (not replaced) in 10 minutes. 2 stars because they didnt charge me to put a spare on it. So yeah, thats my review.
