2 /5 Savannah carte: I went to get my nails done today, The ladies there were relatively nice, although my nail set was very much rushed. There are pieces of it where it does not all painted. Also, there are splotches of nail polish on the other side. I also Myself had to remove some hair for my nail because she did not realize There was a piece of hair on my nail, The lady was very sweet, but also very aggressive with how she shaped and everything. It felt like she was going to pull off my nail. And my nail feels very sore and tired from this. Probably will not come back again

1 /5 Natasha Dudder: So I took my girls to get their nails done. The hours read til 7pm but they said they closed at 6. They were kind enough to do acrylic and gel. They were polite and gentle. However fast and according to my oldest seemed to skip a few steps. The quality of their work showed in just 3 days when the gel started to chip on my youngest and a day later my oldest had one fall off in her sleep. I called the store and they were apologetic and welcomed them to return and fix them. The pictures show within a few days after the same person fixed her acrylics and my youngest gel. I am so disappointed. My oldest paid for her own and even tipped her 20$ the first time. 90$ for her set to not even last a week in total. She refused to go back a 3rd time. My youngest cost 40$. If the owners see this please make sure that the quality work is being done for the amount it costs. If the time isnt sufficient to do it right please dont welcome a customer to sit. Again the two staff members were polite and gentle but the quality is not worth to return for any future services.

I recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing nail salon they are PERFECT! (i attached my inspiration picture and what they gave me❤️)

5 /5 Claire Hawley: They are great with my sister with Down syndrome. Always do a great job making her feel comfortable. One time I came in and they did a free touch up for one nail. That is the type of kindness and service that keeps you coming back.

1 /5 pearl: Horrible. In the photos you’ll see The reference photo and the photos of what I got. Before we even started, I asked them if this was something that they were able to do and they said yeah 100%. We can do whatever you want . Clearly they cannot. My nails are lumpy, misshapen, and massive. They aren’t even close to what I asked for. And the entire time the guy that was doing my nails continued berating me about the dangers of having long nails, and that people shouldn’t get them. Don’t come here.
