1 /5 Justin Wojslaw: My car was towed into their unsecured lot for a diagnostic. No issues, they replaced the battery and changed the oil, but it all went south from there. The Lot is completely unsecured and at some point overnight, the vehicle next to mine was stolen. In the process of the theft my family van was severely damaged. The next morning I called to check in and was told about the incident. The way they chose to handle this situation is beyond all comprehension. I still havent received a copy of the police report though I was handed a post it note with a incident report number on it. I asked what their plan was for my vehicle. There was literally thousands of dollars in body damage (see pictures) I was told the owner was out of town and would be in touch. Days later I received a text message from the owner stating that his insurance told him that he didnt need to cover it. That instead my insurance would cover it. My insurance company has already deemed them at fault and is going after them for it. My vehicle was in their shop, in their possession, on their lot when this happened. Unbelievable. Further Investigation they have a super cheap limited liability insurance policy which is bare bones required to operate. Im now having to handle this through my insurance. They offered no discount for work that was done nor have they offered to make any effort to repair the damage to my vehicle or even at least pay my deductible to my insurance company. This is such a tremendously terrible way to operate a business. "Oh sorry, my insurance said your insurance will cover it”. Thanks guys.

5 /5 Nhan Lam: As a woman, sometime I feel like automotive shops take advantage of me by charging me more for services. I needed to get fluid change on my Volkswagen Golf. My husband is really into cars and said he would help me out, but also wanted me to learn. I didn’t know where to go so I first went to the dealer. The quote for AWD service was $212 plus tax and fees. It is called the haldex service. My husband told me that dealerships are not always the best option. He said taught me that for VW they usually just drain and fill not clean the pump screen. I wanted another quote so I searched for european automotive shops and found Conaway. But they wanted $513 for the haldex service! That is when my husband stepped in to help me. He had enough and so he ordered the fluid from VW for the haldex and rear differensial and sent me to Top Spec. I guess they work on his mustang and he likes them. With part supply, it was less than $200 out the door. So I guess I will use my husband’s shop since they are honest. But I don’t like trying to find parking there. They keep too many cars and so it makes the parking lot stressful. But aside from that, they are awesome!

5 /5 Mike Norton: Too Long Didn’t Read——————————— Good Turn Around Time, Friendly Customer Service, More competitive labor pricing than other shops in the area. And no issues in the 3 weeks since repair. ——————————————————————- I found my shop! Recently moved up here from Socal with my 2014 GT500. I needed to replace my clutch, so I decided to conduct my research to find a place to take my car to. I ordered an OEM Clutch, Flywheel, and throwout bearing, then went on a quest by getting install quotes from Automotive Unlimited($1,500+), Evergreen Auto Repair($1,500+), M&N Absolute Auto Repair($1,900+), BJs Automotive ($1,900+), Conaway Motors($1,600+). I also went to Drive Auto Sports too, but they turned me away because they don’t work with customer supplied parts and only do aftermarket stuff. When I approached Top Spec, he was in the middle of something, but told me he would text me a quote for the install. Which he did, and it was more competitive than all the other shops at $1,291. I ended up adding a couple parts to the repair job(master cylinder, Shelby clutch reservoir, etc…) so the repair ended up costing a little more. But the initial quote was better than many other shops in the area!

5 /5 Kalah Burnham: Top spec auto is a fantastic shop! They communicate super well, have very fair pricing, and are very honest which is hard to find in most mechanic shops. As a woman Ive always had issues with shops trying to up sell me on parts and over charge me, but this is the first shop Ive been to that hasnt done that. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for any mechanical needs.
