5 /5 Neahni: Im not a patient at Polyclinic or with Dr. Townsend, but I am a caregiver who takes a client there. Each experience has been fantastic. The staff is so friendly, and treats you with the utmost respect. The person I take there is non verbal, and uses an alphabetical board to communicate. They are always happy to hear what he has to say, and they listen. Last week, we were not able to bring his board, so Katie (I believe her name is) thought outside the box , printed out a paper with the alphabet on it, and we used that to communicate. It was so thoughtful and creative. The staff always finds a way to help. Dr. Townsend is a great listener, and gets to the bottom of things. Hes a problem solver and knows his stuff. I highly recommend Polyclinic and Dr. Townsend for anything from a check up to serious matters. You can have faith that you will be treated with the best care.
