Erika Hernadez: I got my hair done by Briana & did not like as it wasn’t as the picture I provided. I asked for fix or refund & the girl got mad she can’t refund me but fix as I didn’t want it to get more ruined she made the situation worse. She wanted to charge me for “fixing” as I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Over charged & did not understand client. She lost a client as she comes out rude & doesn’t fix her error. Never again going & don’t recommend for the price she charges!
Sarah Wachs: I have had a couple of visits to the cottage salon for services with Brigette. She is personable and professional. I appreciate that the salon has automated reminders for me and in the case of a need to reschedule, Brigette was always available in a timely manner. I am very happy with my cut and keratin treatment. I have rather unruly curly hair and she is familiar with texture and the proper styling techniques needed.
Hannah Olson: Joey is incredibly talented! She seriously saved the day! Joey was recommended to me by a friend after I had a terrible makeup trial with a different company. With the wedding so close, I was stressed about finding another artist. Within one minute of reaching out to Joey, she had everything handled! Its evident how much she truly cares about her clients. She did my makeup along with some of my bridesmaids, and we all looked stunning! I have never felt so beautiful in my life. She uses amazing products that I took note of because my skin felt fresh and looked smooth. Joey is truly THE BEST!
Jessica Dorr: She is a very talented hair artist. Ive been trying to get a specific haircut for years and NO ONE has gotten it right. I barely explained what I wanted to her and she got it on the dot! I definitely recommend. My boys were also very happy about their haircuts. Every barber shop Ive taken them to has not gotten it right, and they were always disappointed. Thank you Marlie.
Stan Tacazon: Let’s put it this way. I’ve been going to Diane for over 10 years. She is the best you have and you should be taking care of that young lady. She does a great job. She’s very professional and she also helps all the other hairstylist that are working there, trying to get their profession started
