5 /5 Cody M. Barnes: This was only my second time experiencing service from USA brake & auto, but both experiences, were above and beyond.. They did not try to pressure me to buy other services, but did offer recommendations. My appointment for an oil change was right on schedule, and they took my car right away! They serviced my car fairly quickly, as I waited in the lobby, and it did not even feel like I waited a long time at all. Rachael at the front desk, was a joy to work with. She was very polite, and friendly, and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door, she was very personable, and just had great customer service skills. I also witnessed them helping other people as well, and they were very friendly and professional, to those people as well! Thank You Rachael! Also, I didn’t catch the name of the man working in the lobby, but he helped me during my first visit about a year ago, and he was very friendly as well, and he’s always in such a great mood, and seems like a very happy human being, and brings good energy into the environment at his work place. Thank you again USA brake & auto, for outstanding service.. I will definitely keep on coming back, for future service! 110% satisfied! ☺️
