Reggie Clinton I took my 2020 Tacoma in because I heard a noise coming from the engine. Technician Shawn accompanied me on a test drive at which time he was able to diagnose where the noise was coming from. After the diagnosis, he showed and explained to me verbally and visually by drawing a clear diagram which made his explanation very clear. I’ve been taking my vehicles to USA Brake and Auto since 2010 and their customer service has and is still excellent.

Cody gillson Went in to get my ac repaired, I walk in and said my ac is leaking I need it fixed 600+ dollars later and 2+ hours later they said they fixed it, still leaking and refusing to give me my money back or fix the problem that I originally went in for

Kathleen Sisco Genesis is a gem! Matt is nice and knowledgeable, Moe in the office is so helpful and pleasant. I was beyond happy to find a place that services Toyotas and Lexus because Ive been so disappointed in the dealerships here and in Hermiston. We took our Camry in for diagnostics, Matt said it was safe to drive (whew!!), and they sent us a text linking us to the invoices and estimates of the parts, labor, etc. So we know about how much it will cost to get the car up to snuff. No BS, just the facts, and weve had an awesome, easy experience so far. Highly recommend!!

Misty D. These guys are the absolute best! They have always treated me fairly and do outstanding work. I even bring my vehicle in from out of state because I trust them so much. They did my timing belt, fan clutch, a differential and a few other things Ive needed on my Toyota 4 Runner. Im always surprised by how fast and efficient they are. I could rave all day. I feel so grateful to have found a place with experienced and honest mechanics to work on my truck.

Eliezer Marquez I would highly recommend atomic . I Couldn’t get my truck to start so I called atomic based off the good reviews. They were busy for the day but still found time to take a look at my truck . He found the issue in the first hour and asked if I wanted to proceed with repair mind you it was like 11 at night! I was impressed at the man dedication so I accepted , he got the truck to start around 2 or 3 am . His pricing is also fair and reasonable . if you are in need of a good mechanic I would call atomic . He will definitely go out of his way to get you back on the road

Chris Kulaga Jason was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot recommend him enoug; he worked tirelessly for over six hours, personally drove to pick up the necessary parts, went through all sorts of troubleshooting, and even stayed up until 1 AM to make sure everything was perfect. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, with tons of experience, and truly went above and beyond to get the job done. I personally feel blessed now knowing theres a local mechanic I can call & trust with getting repairs done right. Thanks again, Jason!

Amy Stroud My car window rolled down and wouldn’t roll back up! I had met the owner at a previous business event so I knew exactly who to call. I took it to Meyers Auto Tech and I’m so glad I did. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and PROFESSIONAL. They diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was causing it, and ordered the parts to fix it. The updates were efficient and clear through their online system. I liked that it had photos and notes directly from the techs. It was fast and easy to schedule, and I was notified right when my car was done. I felt relieved, impressed, and like I could actually trust what they were telling me. J L Put sparkplugs in incorrectly and caused other issues I assume in order to get me to bring it back to em for more repairs. Had it fixed at Firestone instead. Avoid these scammers. Before this they lied about installing an air filter during a separate visit.

Thomas Flood Very courteous, professional, and prompt. I brought my truck in with a stuck EGR valve and they fixed the issue, and were very hospitable to me and my dog while we waited for the service to be performed.

ivy romero After seeing all of the great reviews, I thought I would give Evergreen Auto a try. I called Sergio about our van not having A/C and he arrived in a short amount of time. From start to finish we were so glad we found him!! He had our air conditioning working by the end of the day, we have four small children and we’ve gone two years without the air conditioning but this year we couldn’t go without again. He was so reasonably priced and our children kept saying it was a miracle for them. I will always recommend Sergio and we will definitely continue to call on Evergreen for any future problems.

Tj Jt Sergio saved the day! He conducted a thorough diagnostic on my vehicle and replaced the alternator and belt with precision. What impressed me the most was his willingness to take the time and explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood the process. His expertise and customer service were exceptional. Aggro Blodgarm Probably the worst auto repair shop experience ive ever had. They tried to charge me 304$ for an oil change and front brake inspection... not even the full inspection i asked for. Absolute robbery. By far the most a place has tried to charge me for the absolute bare minimum of work. Dropped it off at 7:45 in the morning on the dot and they didnt even have it ready for me until 2 o clock in the afternoon and I had to find a ride back their myself since their shuttle driver was probably out having a 3 hour lunch break. They must be paying people for these good reviews because this place is 100% a joke and try to take advantage of people they think dont know anything about cars. Unfortunately for them, i know enough and i know when im being robbed too. Gave me 5 different price quotes once they realized im not an idiot and took it down to 109$ which is still by far the most Ive ever paid for an oil change and someone literally just looking at my front brakes and nothing else... and they had the nerve to act like they did me a favor and that i was unreasonable for being confused and annoyed at their insane pricing. They did the absolute bare minimum at every turn and tried to charge me the absolute maximum that they thought they could possibly get away with. Youre better off taking your car to a dealership... insanity. Avoid this place.

Swaggy Nerd I can’t say enough about this place. I called to see how much it would be to have a diagnostic run on my car as it was showing signs of overheating. Charlie took my call and went through a lot of simple diagnostics over the phone, having me try different things to see if they resolved the problem before bringing it in and paying money to get it checked out. That alone let me know this was the place I wanted to take my car. Even though the simple fixes didn’t work, I appreciated all of his effort before I paid any money. When I brought it in, it was a very quick process. It ended up being a pretty big job, as it was my radiator. They charged very reasonable rates and got it done quickly. The lady at the front desk was very friendly also. Overall, five star experience!! I will return to Charlie and his crew in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone with car trouble.

Greg Corey I stopped in with just a question about the horn on my 1993 Jeep Cherokee Sport. They stopped what they were doing to help me. In 15 minutes they had solved my issue. I highly recommend Johnnys for all your automotive needs. I will use them for all repair needs.

Ronnie M He will say what you want to here.what ever you do dont use him for a chevy engine swap. He does not know how to do it and places any issues on manufacturing company. I have this guy almost 10k to replace my chevy silverado 2009 engine and it was a disaster. My name is Ronnie mathison so he knows who posted this. He also plied every time I took it in and said he look at his issues and just kept my truck outside on the street and never looked at it and would say he took care of the issue, brand new engine leaking oil and he screwed up my exhaust manifold as well. Dont trust him he is a car salesman type of mechanic.

Cherry Mitchell Called Friday and spoke with Abraham. I was given his phone number and confirmation that he can come Sunday morning, despite it being a holiday. I needed 4 tires on a trailer changed out for an event ASAP, so I postponed celebrating Easter all day. He didn’t show up and after calling several times before noon, he said he’d be at my place around 1pm. Come 5pm, he still hadn’t arrived and not communicated with me. Finally got in touch with him and he didn’t even have the tires! Total waste of my day and time. Could not trust him to have the tires on Monday after he said he just ordered them. Had to rent a uhaul to transfer everything from the trailer to get equipment to my event. Should not have trusted that it was too good to be true to get the job done. Poor planning in my part, but no communication on his part doesn’t make for a good review.

Zahra Farhan Had a flat tire in a parking lot their mobile tire repair team patched it up in 15 minutes. Super convenient and affordable.

Justin Ford First off, Andy is a rock star.  I dont use that term lightly, but Ill explain more below. We have been struggling to get our 5.7L I/O running this whole boating season. After having the carb rebuilt elsewhere and being assured that everything was tip top, we dropped the boat in on the Columbia and the boat wouldnt start. After a quick Google search, we found Performance Carburetor Services. We met with Andy around closing time and ran through the issues. The next day, Andy had rebuilt the carb, fixed issues the other mechanic had introduced and then met us on the water to make sure the boat would start and run as it should, and ended up finding the root cause of our issues, which had been a failed electric choke thermostat power line. Andy adjusted the carb to run as is intended, and got us out on the water, and ended up diagnosing an unrelated ignition problem to boot. Andys skill, knowledge, and integrity are top notch. I would drive from Seattle back to tri cities for future maintenance on the boat and my cars for the expertise and professionalism experienced with Andy and Performance Carburetor.

Sub_ohm_ginger !!! Seemed to be a decent guy and had him build a motor for me and took almost 8 months which I found to be pretty long wait let alone never got any documentation for the parts or prices even when I asked multiple times for them not to mention random getting hit up for thousands of dollars for parts when we discussed a certain price for the whole build ended up turning into 6k over budget and still didn’t come out right idle was ll messed up vehicle barely drove properly the. Took the vehicle to a certified mechanic to find out o many things were wrong and had to have damn near the whole engine rebuilt dudes a joke he can sure as hell tune a carb tho but building a motor he needs to stop I hear a horror story every other day about motors he’s built recently seems iam not the only one getting screwed

Alexander Bruce I knew Charlie and his son from 15 years ago when I worked at Hubbys pizza, they were great guys then. Ive taken my car to two different places. Not only did they not charge me to look at it(the way the others guys did, somehow its a standard 100$ for a mechanic to tell you what repairs they have to charge for), they actually fixed what was wrong in the first place. 10/10 would recommend. -Thank guys !!!

Brandi Abken I can’t put in words how amazing everyone in this office has been throughout this whole process. To the upfront receptionist to the repair shop, and the evaluator’s. Gary was in charge of my repairs and the fact he was so incredibly considerate of all my concerns and answered all questions I had, regardless of the time of day he was always there with info. Gary and his team went above and beyond and was willing to work on a Saturday to get me back on the road. Sadly there was a little delay at no fault of their’s. Yet when my RAV was ready for pickup Gary insisted to deliver my car since I was still at work. The professionalism they have at this shop is top notch. The attention to detail at was incredible my RAV 4 looks brand new. They even took the time to wash, vacuum and wipe down everything before returning it to me. Thanks again for all your hard work and the consistency, quality of work and procession you provide for our community. I’ll most definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Krista Little I was really in a bind today and J’s was able to get me in with short notice and got my Tahoe up and running for me so I can get back to work tomorrow. He was extremely nice and professional and did a fantastic job! Price was very fair! I will be bringing my suburban in soon to have it taken care of too. Can’t recommend them enough.

Jared Newberg Took my ram 1500 Hemi to a different shop before Jose and waited 2 weeks for them to give me a quote and some of the work the other shop quoted me for wasn’t even necessary. Jose gave me a quote right away brought my truck to him and next day he was finished with it, he extracted some manifold bolts that were sheared off at the head and replaced some gaskets. He did an awesome job and got it done quick, and is very honest tells you what needs to be done and what doesn’t. Straight to the point, fair pricing I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Jose.

Isaac lol Had an easy and enjoyable experience at prime auto service, luis helped me install a new front splitter, while other shops didn’t want to cuz i am too low. 10/10 would recommend

Alex Bermudez Dont recommend this place unfortunately. I sent my mom over to get an oil change since she used to go to Walmart of all places. I figured it would be nice to support a local small business that was referred by a friend.. my mistake. After the job was performed i was told that the van was leaking a lot of oil; so like anyone would, i told my mom to go back and have them reservice the van which we did. They replaced the filter for free which was nice, however the leak from the filter was still leaking.. a lot. My parents lost confidence in this shop and took it apon themselves to find someone else to perform the job. this is what the owner of the shop had to say about his work. I wasnt going to go as far as to leave a review until he changed my mind. If this is the quality of work that a professional tech is capable of, then ill be happy to find someone else who knows customer service and also knows how to do the job right. I will not be recommending anyone else here thanks to the owner and his classless replys.

Lucas Greenberger Mike is there when you need him, day or night. In my case it was late at night, no garages were open, I was on a road trip, and I was in a jam. He was responsive, honest, and he got the job done for a very reasonable price. It was a huge relief, all around, to find him online and to make contact with him when I needed help. Many thanks again for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible!!

Joe Mccool Really helpful and responsive. He got me in for an emergency brake and rotor job on Saturday morning a couple hours after I called. He was done with it all in 4hrs and cheaper than one of the big shops. The workspace looked a little questionable, but he seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Jordan Oneal I dont why this man only has 2.5 stars because his service was impeccable! I called him and he showed up within 30mins. He had the car fixed and back on the road within 20 minutes. Hes very professional and charged less than the initial bid. So if your having car issues in the tri cities or surrounding area, call Mike asap!

Peter Wilhelm Matt and the team at Steve’s Tire and Auto have risen to the occasion twice in the last couple months with two of our vehicles that our kids drive and take out of town to school. The first was a bad pothole that damaged the rim of an older Mazda CX-5. Matt was able to source a used OEM wheel at significant savings…and, it looks great. The other was fitting in our son’s 2008 Saturn Vue for an inspection and oil change during his short 3-day visit. The inspection found a few other items which we gladly accepted and they were able to fit into the schedule. I trust Matt and his team to help ensure my kids vehicles are reliable and safe. Steve’s Tire and Auto is my trusted shop for newer or older vehicles.

MA Burke Keith was able to fit me in within a couple of days; came over and diagnosed my battery issues, identified the cause, charged it up, and asked a reasonable price for his time. He ensured there were no other hidden electrical issues causing the battery to drain and didnt try to create drama or insinuate that anything else was needed or would be needed. I trust him and appreciate his professionalism.

Brian Banner Cant find too many at-home service companies any more but Keith at Axtell Motors is one of a kind. I live out of state and frequent Tri Cities occasionally. When I know Ill be in town Keith is a quick phone call away and will come to wherever Im staying. Prompt and competitively priced.
