1 /5 Aggro Blodgarm: Probably the worst auto repair shop experience ive ever had. They tried to charge me 304$ for an oil change and front brake inspection... not even the full inspection i asked for. Absolute robbery. By far the most a place has tried to charge me for the absolute bare minimum of work. Dropped it off at 7:45 in the morning on the dot and they didnt even have it ready for me until 2 o clock in the afternoon and I had to find a ride back their myself since their shuttle driver was probably out having a 3 hour lunch break. They must be paying people for these good reviews because this place is 100% a joke and try to take advantage of people they think dont know anything about cars. Unfortunately for them, i know enough and i know when im being robbed too. Gave me 5 different price quotes once they realized im not an idiot and took it down to 109$ which is still by far the most Ive ever paid for an oil change and someone literally just looking at my front brakes and nothing else... and they had the nerve to act like they did me a favor and that i was unreasonable for being confused and annoyed at their insane pricing. They did the absolute bare minimum at every turn and tried to charge me the absolute maximum that they thought they could possibly get away with. Youre better off taking your car to a dealership... insanity. Avoid this place.

5 /5 Swaggy Nerd: I can’t say enough about this place. I called to see how much it would be to have a diagnostic run on my car as it was showing signs of overheating. Charlie took my call and went through a lot of simple diagnostics over the phone, having me try different things to see if they resolved the problem before bringing it in and paying money to get it checked out. That alone let me know this was the place I wanted to take my car. Even though the simple fixes didn’t work, I appreciated all of his effort before I paid any money. When I brought it in, it was a very quick process. It ended up being a pretty big job, as it was my radiator. They charged very reasonable rates and got it done quickly. The lady at the front desk was very friendly also. Overall, five star experience!! I will return to Charlie and his crew in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone with car trouble.

5 /5 Ty Adamson: I can see why Hi-Land has such a great reputation, they take great care of their customers! My truck was making a humming sound towards the front half of the vehicle, after being assured from a different shop that it wasn’t a wheel bearing and that it was the transfer case, I came and got a second opinion. Well who would thought that it was my left wheel bearing and partially my rear differential that was making noise. In the end, after having my truck at Hi-Land for a couple days and getting it back; it’s much quieter and drives like a dream now. Good prices, reliable people, I highly recommend taking your vehicles here!

5 /5 Karen Pierce: Last night I opened my driver side door, as a wind gust blew it out of my hand. It snapped open, and bent the edge of the front quarter panel. The result being I could only open it about 10 in, to slide in sideways!! I wasnt sure what it would take to fix this, but I thought it would be expensive. Called Highland garage this afternoon, and Charlie came to my rescue. With his know-how, he managed to pry the dented edge back, and saved the day. Problem solved, and Im so grateful. Many thanks:)
