4 /5 Loris LeJoie: Vancouver Clinic has mostly very good providers...when you can get set up and hang onto your appointment. I really like my new doctor, Dr Robbins. I appreciate my other specialists. The Urgent Care is usually quick and well staffed. It is DIFFICULT to establish with a new doctor. Urgent Care is an expensive alternative to having primary care available. It seems that Vancouver clinic could advocate better for ongoing Physical Therapy or have their own department of PT/OT that would provide ongoing care for those who struggle to keep in the PT that keeps us moving. Once you can get established the care is good. The care is FAR BETTER than Kaiser.

He went over all options thoroughly. I left feeling relieved. Also, I walked in and they called my name. No wait time. So glad to have had my appointment there.

We researched Dr. Michelle Chien MD and hoped she is as good as her reviews. Turned out, she was better! First off, the Vancouver Clinic was impressive. Clean, well staffed and friendly. They happily accommodated our requests concerning our daughters needs. Dr. Chien was amazing and listened to our input and had positive and thoughtful responses. Right away, we knew we were going to become a team in caring for our daughters medical & mental health needs. It was a very big relief! We left the appointment feeling very good about the future. Having a special needs child can be so very challenging. Its nice to have advocates at the Vancouver Clinic on our side.

5 /5 JOE BLOW: Very competent staff, they make the check-in procedure easy to complete and keep patients updated on any changes. They dont waste your time. Polite and friendly even when processing large numbers of customers. They are capable of keeping their operation running smoothly even under high-stress situations. I am glad they were available in my town!

5 /5 Budman Grimmett: When I first moved to this area, it took me a while to find Vancouver Clinic. Since then, I appreciate the team and the care that I receive it is exceptional compared to the others in the area. I have had one pouring counter, but when you consider I’ve been going to this clinic for over 20 years that’s not bad as a matter fact is fantastic. My family also transferred over to Vancouver Clinic and as a group we love our Clinic and have moved many others over to join Vancouver clinics team of excellent doctors.

Tony Bazooka: Not a real clinic when you come in and they tell you have to wait the weekend in pain and call Monday to get setup as a patient but then told they aren’t taking patients. It sounds like some kinda membership club instead and they’re full. Don’t waste your time/ insurance money and give them the opportunity to stay open. Reviews are also saying urgent care can’t help you either and everyone just gets an automatic bot reply from them. Honestly try Kaiser or somewhere else. Shut these guys down so another company can buy them out and maybe do better. People dying every day probably cuz of these guys.

Peyton Mills: Probably one of my worst experiences dealing with health care. One nurse in particular was beyond rude every time I dealt with her. It took 2 months to get an appointment, and then was questioned condescendingly why I waited so long to be seen for my first appointment by the rude nurse. They scheduled me for an anatomy scan prior to ever seeing me just to be told they couldn’t do the scan that day because I wasn’t as far along as the doctor predicted, or my baby wasn’t as developed as she should be. When I asked for them to see me sooner to relieve any stress after that appointment, I was told that I had to wait till my scheduled appointment which was still over a week away. Front office wasn’t very friendly either. Transferred care elsewhere. Avoid this place if possible.

C Trey “TeddyTesla”: Overall, the hospital does a decent job given its limitations. I’ve always been seen fairly quickly, and the staff is generally attentive and have some professional staff. However, the emergency department is outdated and can get overwhelmed at times, especially since there’s no urgent care nearby to handle less critical cases. While they do their best, the lack of updated facilities and options in the area does make it challenging during busy periods. For sure an option in a pinch, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Chad Smith: I have to go here for Drug Court / Dependency Treatment. I thoroughly enjoy this facility. I may only have 80 days clean today but its been a wonderful 80 days. They helped me get on Suboxone, into an Oxford House, and helped me to seek out NA support meetings that im comfortable going to. As i have had issues with anxiety at a few of them. The counselors there are very supportive and have had personal experience so they can relate to me. If you are thinking about getting clean this is the place to go.

Playn Hardball: An office assistant said she will pass me to a a PA phone and I express to them that it just goes to voice mail. Her response is "well they dont stand around all day waiting for your call". I presented a concern... and I received sarcasm back. THIS is the type of service you will get here. You cannot access them by email, no website, and no after care report generated. I honestly get better care from VA and I plan on returning to VA because of the problems with the Kirkpatick office. Why would I continue to pay for insurance to be treated like this?
