They are really communicative around appointment confirmations and changes. I think their pricing is a really good value, which is really refreshing. Tahlia Edgar-Chalker: The salon itself was beautiful, and Jedediah was very friendly. However, my experience was less than ideal. I had booked a haircut, but it was clear that he had overbooked himself. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes late, and when I got there, another client was still in the chair. I waited another 10 minutes or so, and when it was finally my turn, Jedediah listened to what I wanted but didn’t ask many follow-up questions about the style. He washed my hair, but before finishing the cut, another client arrived for her appointment. He then asked me to wait while he started her color, leaving me sitting with wet hair and a half-finished haircut for about 15 minutes. Once he returned, he rushed through the rest of the cut, and when he began blow-drying my hair, another client showed up to wait. At this point, there were three clients waiting on one stylist. The blowout was rushed and didn’t look great, and the layers in my hair were choppy and not at all what I had asked for. In the end, he offered the cut for free as an apology, which I appreciated. While Jedediah was kind and polite, it was clear that he had overbooked himself and was unable to give me the attention I needed.

It can be a bit pricey but the consistency and quality is worth it, and keep me coming back. Highly recommended, especially if youre looking for a more Korean style.

Didy Koc: I recently got a haircut, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. It’s important to emphasize that while people may have good intentions, they should not take customers’ hair and time for granted. My hair is long, quite thick, and straight. I spent three months growing it. Now, I have a short haircut with different lengths from side to side. The fact that the business did not offer a refund due to a non-refund policy ( which I find unreasonable) for my dissatisfaction was even more upsetting after I lost my hair. The business owners offered to give an adjustment cut, but as a customer who lost trust, I don’t want to return to this business again. Businesses should prioritize their customers’ satisfaction, especially if they hope to regain their customers’ trust after a loss.

Aubrey Remedy: I did one of the "shine and hydrate plant infusion" treatments after my hair color and three people said they "loved my highlights," which I didnt get! My hair was super shiny, as if I had done a gloss, for about 3 weeks. Highly recommend if you are wanting some extra pop in a way that adds health to your hair. Kince does such a great job and always works to improve his service offerings. My hair is so healthy since coming to see him.

L P: Yikes, Jen is rude. Was so ready to love this place based on how close it is to home and how many glowing reviews I had seen! But I was running a few minutes late due to an accident on 99. Tried to call to be courteous, no answer. Ended up sliding in the door 9 minutes late and she cut off my apology and said she was waiting and about to cancel the appointment. Did she try to call or even text? No. Yes I was late but what was I supposed to do if they dont answer the phone and dont call to check with the client? I tried. I felt so unwelcome I wasnt comfortable staying and letting her touch my hair after all that. I left and wont be back.
