  • What Clients Are Saying about Washington Park (on GG)
5 /5 Thomas Cumpton: Its always a great park to take your kids to nice little play ground and lots of seating for adults
5 /5 Adam MacDonald: Old park with huge trees and lots of shade. Newly remodeled shelter for picnics, on-site restrooms, and a few picnic tables scattered about. There is also a playground with 6 swings, a slide, and a few other places to play, including two triceratops figures. There is also a fountain that very rarely has water, but makes for a nice centerpiece all the same. It is also very rarely used with few people so it is rather peaceful.
5 /5 Jessica Orozco: Love it cause of all the trees. So it doesnt get too hot in the summer.
5 /5 Susan Behrens: Dog loved it. I lived near it when I was a college student. I have always been fond of this little park
5 /5 Olivia C: Swings, slide, open grass and big trees and a splash pool in the summer

Talius937: Nice ground to walk but it opens at 10am. Really would be nice if they would keep the websites up to date since they say 8am. We didnt get to go in the museum or interactive areas since they were closed and we had to be in Walla Walla soon after. Maybe next time

Dallas Easter: Great way to cool down on a hot day. My kids absolutely loved the park. Admission fee was reasonably priced. Felt safe with all the life guards that are constantly on duty. Outside food is allowed but there is also a place that sells food their as well. We got a chocolate/vanilla swirl ice cream cone and some authentic tacos but there is a lot more to choose from. We loved the lazy river and splash pad area. We had a great family fun day!

Richard Worthington: I had such a great time at this museum! Free admission and a super affordable membership—plus 50% off t-shirts—made it even better. The variety of exhibits was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved the old-school pressed penny machine, too! It was the perfect place for a fun, educational experience with the kids. Definitely recommend visiting, and I can’t wait to go back soon!

Cherrymae Wimmer: Lots of parking (free) I can only imagine in the summer this park gets packed! Great sized play ground, need more benches or picnic tables around playground. Standard restrooms, has trailer/boat parking. No grills, lots of grass area to play and picnic.
