    Grace Statue - Bellingham
    Grace Statue
Asrial Novastar: Ive seen the statue before. Its a neat little thing that gives an additional reason to walk the boardwalk. Unfortunately, its currently missing. Suspect it has something to do with a recent major storm as it was there in June of 2024. Hopefully the owner/caretaker is aware and it will come back one day.
    Eells Park - Colfax
    Eells Park
Ducci: This is one of the oldest neighborhood parks in Colfax. The 1912 Womens Park Association purchased the property from the owner, the Lutheran Church, and named the park after its local minister, Cushing Eells. The park features an historic fountain, restrooms, a half court, play equipment and grass and mature trees. A nice stop for a picnic and much loved by the neighborhood kids.
    The Codger Pole - Colfax

Alexis Denchel: Dont use Google maps to get you there. It had us turn into Stephens St and we needed to go south by another block. It was neat to see the pole. I had no idea it existed until I read about it in my Washington curiosities book.

Z N (Scorpionfury): Beautiful old park with lots of huge shade trees, picnic areas, playgrounds, community pool, tennis court, and skate park. Two public restrooms (both were closed and locked though). We had a picnic lunch and walked around the place for a while enjoying the sunshine. There was no one else there even at midday. Would like to come back again for the relaxing beauty.

Isaac Espinoza: Out of all the places I enjoy photographing senior pictures, portraits, and group photos the arboretum has to be one of my favorite venues! I would say it has something to do with the person that is now in charge of maintaining and up keeping the landscaping! Definitely recommend stopping by this summer and taking in the scenery before the cherry blossoms trees finish blooming!
