5 /5 Janessa Abigail Fuda: I was super anxious about going to the dentist as I haven’t been in years if I’m honest, and they made the experience as pleasant as it could be…. Since the last time I was at the dentist, I have also been diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases, and the staff here took the time to go through all of their products to make sure they were safe for me. I did end up having to reschedule and delay a few treatments because the products they had contained gluten(I have celiac) But I super appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to give me the best and safest care they could.

5 /5 Laurie Phinney: I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wenk and the rest of the wonderful staff! Jamie, the Office Manager is AWESOME and always finds a way to make things happen. I have been to quite a few dentists in my life and I can honestly say that Dr. Wenk is the best! He is gentle (hasnt hurt me once!), soft spoken, and, no lectures! I have found the cost of procedures to be substantially less than other offices I have visited. They make Crowns on site, which saves both time and money. To top it off, this is the CLEANEST Dentists Office I have ever seen, which is saying a lot, because most are clean, but this place is SPOTLESS! I highly recommend West Olympia Dental Group! A+++

5 /5 Sara Wolfe: If I could give this office more stars I definitely would! This was by far the best experience I have ever had while at the dentist. Dr. Wenk is amazing and so is his staff. They were so polite from the minute I walked in and took such great care of me!

1 /5 Tiffany Ojard: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I do not usually write reviews, and if I do they’re usually positive. This experience warrants a poor review to warn others. In October my husband was seen for a routine exam and a cleaning. He has great teeth. Off the bat they tried to sell him a deep cleaning that would cost us $350 out of pocket PER SIDE of his mouth. So a $700 cleaning. When he politely declined, a dental hygienist came in to do his cleaning.. if you would call it that. She buzzed over his teeth extremely fast and did not even floss his teeth. He’s a grown man and can floss his own teeth, but neither of us have ever had a dental hygienist do a cleaning without flossing. Here’s where it gets good. They tell him they need to do a filling and they had time to do it same day, so he allowed them to. While the dentist is drilling on his molar he tells his colleague that the cavity is “deeper than he thought”… not something you EVER want to hear from your dentist while they’re drilling on your tooth, especially since they take multiple x-rays before hand. My husband could feel that they were drilling really deep, and came home complaining about pain. After a couple of days of complaining about pain, we decided it was abnormal to be feeling pain still. He went back in for a follow up, at which point they did more X-rays. The dental assistant was showing him on the X-ray how far down they had to drill, and that they drilled down past an existing filling (which was never even mentioned to him). They then told him they’d need to do a root canal or pull his tooth and quoted us $1500 out of pocket for a root canal and crown when their malpractice caused the issue in the first place. This place is cash hungry ($700 cleaning? $1500 root canal?) and doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing. By far the worst dental experience. Now my husband is left with an awful pain in his mouth until he can get into a REAL dental office in January. We’re going elsewhere for a second opinion and possible root canal thanks to this dental office. No way in hell would I trust this office to perform a root canal even if they offered to comp it, since they can’t even do a proper routine cleaning or cavity filling. AVOID THIS PLACE.
