1 /5 Grace C: We have been seeing the orthodontist at this location for about 1.5 years for my son and while the ortho care seems okay, the scheduling is a constant frustration. They don’t tell you when you go in for your initial consultation that there is only one orthodontist that works there and that he ONLY works two days a week. You sign up for services and then find out that you have committed to years of scheduling struggles. If you have to reschedule an appointment there is nothing available for 6-8 weeks usually. Anytime the orthodontist goes on vacation, scheduling is even more difficult because no one fills in and the schedule just gets backed up. If I could do it over I would have gone somewhere else.

5 /5 Katie Mikel: Dr. Parks is amazing. We have been going to her for probably 6 years or so now and she’s amazing. Our family does not like the dentist and needs a lot of dental work and she always welcomes us without judgement and wants to partner with us on our health. She explains her thinking and is able to navigate toddlers to adults. We keep coming back because of her and it provides great assurance to know we have a consistent provider who knows our history.

1 /5 Jeff Bauer: Dentist Yu constantly told me to go to my Dr and tell him to check my blood pressure because it was getting high. I told her I have white coat syndrome and my blood pressure was normally good. She kept talking down to me like I was a 6 year old, telling me to get X rays even though I wasnt technically due for another month. She asked me several times and I said no. Saying that an xray was equivalent to eating 2 bananas. I was nice and polite. I did not even get my goody bag of stuff until I was walking out and asked why I didnt get anything. My wife recently was denied a cleaning for same reasons and got called back to return with an apology. We will not return to any Willamette dental office ever again and will be switching dental plans because of our experiences. My wife and I both have perfect teeth, gums with both always getting perfect As for our dental health and verbal kudos from the staff.
