1 /5 Chuck Olson: I waited MONTHS to see this provider a second time for a follow up . The provider was booked and going on a long vacation. I was talked out of seeing a different periodontist by my dentist so that I would avoid another exam fee. I waited .....and waited until I was finally seen. It was a very quick appt- but I find out weeks later Yasman Sanais office charged me a SECOND exam fee. Unbelievable and feels like a scam!!!When questioning the receptionist who called attempting to collect a ridiculous amount for a second exam fee she smugly says- thats ok- we will just send you to collections. AVOID- choose the OTHER Periodontist in the area so you arent taken advantage of.

And then adds actual treatment with tons of education for us non-periodontists, in a language we can understand...I adore her chair side gentleness, her nonjudgmental approach, & her ability to pull implements out of your mouth, to allow, And participate in cheering, when you learn just how improved your chompers & gums have become in a month! Her team is incredibly knowledgeable, capable, & equally as understanding. The front desk people are like thee best navigation system youve ever known & friendly like nobody is friendly now a days!
