The owner is incredible and if you get to shop when she is there, it is an even more special experience. I appreciate the honest feed back she gives and her eye for finding things that look good on you. I saw a negative review about the owner, and am shocked. I have also worked with The owner on multiple branding shoots and have had nothing but amazing experiences. A business should be allowed to have one day off. How ridiculous.

5 /5 Kristy Vail: My mom and I visited the Birch Bay Square location today and had an incredible experience thanks to Hanna, the salesperson. She was friendly and proactive but not at all pushy. She had great suggestions for how to wear the outfits and she helped us feel confident about our choices. Love this little store!
