5 /5 Crystal Brown: I went in to return an item and was one day past the return date when I had gotten back from out of town. The sales associate said that she would check with the owner and see if it was OK since when I called on Tuesday I was inside the return window. After speaking with the owner, she came back and let me know that they were going to accept my return as in store credit. I was so thankful and very much appreciative of the customer service that provided an exceptional client experience. I have since been back twice. Every time I go, it is exceptional service.
