1 /5 Mary Mendez: Bad customer service I almost get scammed and I dont feel thats right for us as customers

1 /5 Mommy: If I could, I would give them zero stars!!!!! I bought a dress back in May or June. It’s now August, and I had to call them myself to find out what was going on with my daughter’s dress for my wedding. When I called, a girl answered. I explained the situation and asked if the dress had come in. She said she would call her mother to find out. About 20 minutes later, she called me back and said her mom was gone and wouldn’t be back until Monday. Then she added, “My mom tried to call you, but the dress is no longer made in white. Since she couldn’t reach you, she just ordered something similar.” Mind you—my daughter’s original dress had tulle, sparkles, and flowers. The one they ordered instead had NONE of that. It didn’t even have tulle—it was satin! I was beyond livid. The daughter was snarky and told me I’d have to deal with her mom when she got back. I said, “I’m sorry, just give me a refund and I’ll leave.” She responded, “Can you wait until my mom comes back? Or we can exchange it?” I replied, “No, I’m sorry. I want a refund. I’ll go somewhere else.” She had an attitude with me even though I was trying to stay calm and collected the whole time. I took my business to another store across the street Llane’s Boutique! Amazing service there was helped me ASAP! BTW SHE NEVER CALLED MY PHONE!

1 /5 Veronica Reyna: My daughter went in and was ready to buy a dress she saw there for prom. She was ignored from the moment she walked in, asked the older lady something and she continued to ignore her and got on the phone. ..finally after a while the older lady and a young lady came up to her and my daughter told them she wanted to try on the dress. They started talking n Spanish in front of her thinking my daughter wouldn’t understand them. Basically saying don’t take her serious. They were very rude and not professional at all. Would not recommend.

1 /5 Ariana Vargas: I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves a review. When I first came into the store the lady was on the phone for a long time after about half an hour of waiting, I decided to leave and come back later. When I returned, she was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

1 /5 Montserrat Ayon: The lady at this store was super rude & unprofessional! Has no comment courtesy. Waited while she was on the phone for a really long time, I ended up leaving and coming back just to see to see if I’d get some help when she wasn’t busy. Really bad experience. No form of greeting.
