Not only was he attentive to our needs, but also patient and made sure we were happy with the piece we were leaving the store with. The buying process did not feel rushed and we were very satisfied with what we got! My family and I initially came into the store for one item but ended up leaving with five! Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

The best you never had I would have given it five stars except for the ring that my boyfriend gave me has had some issues but we have a lifetime warranty but one of the sapphires seems to come loose every couple of months and falls out so I have to get it replaced. Last time I had it replaced the lady literally told me that it was the last time that they were going to be able to do it which I dont understand at all seeings as it is a lifetime warranty not a warranty to fix it this many times and then thats it.
