LOFT - Kennewick (WA)

5 /5 DANA GILCHRIST: Ive been shopping at this Loft location for years and want to highlight the excellent customer service the staff consistently provides. I especially appreciate the store manager, who delivered outstanding service on the day of their annual inventory. Although the staff was likely exhausted, they still greeted customers warmly and were extremely helpful. Over the years, Ive observed the manager many times, and she is always friendly and ready to assist. I dont know her name, but Loft is fortunate to have her overseeing the Columbia Center location in Kennewick.

1 /5 carla abreu: The employee there is not friendly and I was looking at clothes while an employee tells me and grabs my clothes and takes them somewhere else and looks at you as if you were taking something from the store. It was my first time and the last time I go to Loft. How unpleasant, really.

5 /5 Kiley Buchanan: Last Saturday I went shopping for jeans (without kids) for the first time in at least 5 years. I wasn’t really looking forward to it but have felt really drab for some time. The team that was there set up the dressing room really nice so I could see everything. They checked on me and got different sizes. I left feeling really taken care of and so happy/confident about my purchases.

1 /5 Hazel Kwak: I hope the store manager or district lead reads this. I visited on 8/27/21 around 5pm. Not good when you first walk in and you hear employees complaining that they still have two hours left in their shift. Signage was incorrect, which I asked about. Of the two employees there, the young lady (who looked like she did not want to be there) said “it was not her fault because she had just come back from being off for two days but went and grabbed the sign off the shirts which said regular priced shirts were discounted. I confirmed that the jeans signage was correct. The young man seemed pleasant, but still would rather be elsewhere. I would expect LOFT employees to be more welcoming, excited about the product, and eager to sell. I decided not to buy. I needed work clothes but I’d rather buy on the website, at least I’d feel more “welcome” there.

5 /5 Sharon Huston: The clothes at Loft really appeal to me, especially the shirts & tops. Great selection of sizes & a terrific sale today! Staff is friendly & helpful.I dont know why I dont think to shop here more often! Also, they have a really unique "Give Back" program where you pack gently used clothing & accessories in a box and use the label from the store to ship postage paid. They distribute to those in need. How great is that?!?! Ask about the program when you go to the store. They will explain & give you label. Glad I asked about it!!!
