Ross Dress for Less - Kennewick (WA)

5 /5 Emmy L.: This Ross, in my opinion, has the best staff. Some of the cashiers could be a bit more friendly, but the manager is awesome and the loss prevention person is so nice. I usually always find more things at this Ross, when its stocked.

5 /5 Toxic-Agenda YT: Great place to shop, clean, good pricing, and overall loved my experience here. I asked for a manager because an item didn’t have a price and Oscar helped me get a price on the item and was very respectful. Overall love this store and definitely will come back.

1 /5 Tahere Magana: Most Unprofessional place ever. Was literally embarrassed by the cashier while waiting in line because she “thought” I sneaked in line and cut some customer off when i was literally waiting in line with my niece today around 850pm today.Then she decided to voice out loud infront of everyone how she apologizes to that customer because some people like to snake their way in line. I asked her if she was talking about me & she said yes & i explained i was in line the whole time& literally had 1 item… I always shop here and never had any issues, I never been so embarrassed in my life. Wont be coming back..

1 /5 Helen Smith: No cashiers. They should just have security work the register. Because you have to go through them after self check out. Removing any alarms. Ridiculous. Cart wheels barely move. Full of hair like substance. And they never go outside. So are the floors swept? Bathrooms are beyond disgusting. But cant get in without a worker. Prices have gone mad. I used to love shopping here. But no more

1 /5 J. Franklin: Great deals, but the store is not very detail oriented. You will find smalls on XL Hangers and vice versa. Found myself a XXL hoodie mixed in with the L. The customers have no courtesy, will remove an item and then not put it back correctly or not at all and just throw it on top of the rack. The store is a mess. Hangers and clothes all over the floor. Like they hit the floor and then were just kicked to the side. Shelves look like theyre falling off the wall. Ive seen Goodwill stores in better shape than this store.
