4 /5 Emmon Hig: I had a lot of reservations about bringing clothes in to sell based on other people’s reviews. This is my honest experience. I had never been to the store before and found it a little hard to find a time when they were still accepting clothes. Once I finally made it in, I understood why by noon, over 30 people had already dropped off items!
The employees weren’t rude like some reviews suggested; they were just clearly busy and doing their best to keep up. The wait time was said to be at seven hours, but I actually got a text much sooner. They liked what I brought in enough to ask to see the rest, which was a nice surprise.
I was satisfied with the offer. Sure, I could’ve made more selling everything myself, but I don’t have the time for that that’s why I came here. I didn’t expect a huge payout and kept in mind that they have to resell the items, too. People also need to remember that the brands and materials they bring in matter some are more sought after while others are more common, which definitely affects pricing.
Overall, my experience was good, and I would definitely come back!
