1 /5 Erica Kissler: If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst customer service EVER!! Went shopping for my daughter and found a pair of jeans, but due to covid the dressing rooms were unavailable. Not a big deal, so we tried them on at home. She needed a different size, so we exchanged them and tried again. The jeans still didnt work, so just went back in for a refund. The girl at the register said that they couldnt give a refund only store credit, even with tags attached and both receipts. So I asked for the supervisor and explained the situation to her. I stated repeatedly that their policy allows for returns, and is posted clearly on the receipt as well as the website. She gave me nothing but attitude and was super condescending. I asked if she could point out where it stated in their policy that I was unable to get my refund, she refused and just said "I know what our policy is." Now Im going to have to deal with corporate to try to get this resolved since Im from out of town.
