5 /5 Tony H: Macys its a great story to get whatever you need at a great price. I love Macys, because they have great prices on most of their items. I love the Macys fragrances here. The customer service here was really kind of friendly. The store was nice and organized, very clean, and easy to find everything. Recommend chicken it out.

4 /5 Alex: Well lit & arranged departments but associates and staffed check-out stations are difficult to find! There are no maps in store to locate departments etc. Nonetheless, the associates, when available, are attentive & helpful to assist with locating merchandise!

5 /5 Robin Stuart: I havent been inside a store at the mall in years, I actually enjoyed my visit to Macys, I went to return an online order, but stayed a couple hours and shopped around the store, ended up with several great finds! They have an area upstairs now called Backstage thats like a Ross or Marshalls type area, lots of great deals for all kinds of things! It was fun, Ill definitely visit the store again soon! I forgot how fun In person shopping could be and you can actually see the items yourself. Never know what hidden treasures you might find!

5 /5 Yaroslav Lesnik: I want to give a huge shout-out to Marco at Macy’s. He was incredibly kind and helpful to us during our visit. We came in during the Christmas season when the store was very busy, but he still took his time to help us with everything we needed. Even after I accidentally filmed him (which was completely my mistake), he stayed professional, patient, and continued helping us without any attitude at all. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we came for, and honestly, he didn’t have to do all that — but he did. It really shows the level of customer service he provides and how much he cares about helping people. Employees like Marco make a huge difference and make the whole experience feel much more positive. Thank you, Marco, for your kindness and patience. We really appreciate you!
