1 /5 J: People who work there, especially the people at the counter/register, are so lazy and have a huge attitude problem. Literally will stand there with no one in front of me but two employees at the register just ignoring me, happened twice. It doesnt look like the store is very busy at all, which would make one think having better customer service would be kind of important. Experience really soured my view of the store and will not be shopping there anymore.

1 /5 Christy Kim: I purchased a jacket on sale that reflects a $69 price tag. I didnt realize they had charged me the full price of $99 until I came back to the store to return a couple other items from my original purchase. Unfortunately the sales clerk did not offer me back my original receipt as most stores do, so there is no way for me to bring it back for a price adjustment. After calling the store they offered no other resolution, just a sorry but we cant help you. I know $30 is negligible but its the principle behind it and the reason I even got the jacket in the first place. Leaving this review so there is an opportunity to train the staff to ALWAYS offer the original receipt back to the customer or to ensure their POS reflects sale prices. I usually ask for original receipts, but I forgot to this time. Im surprised there is no way to link the new receipt to the old one but what do I know.

3 /5 Dani A: Store was relatively clean. Employees come off as standoffish and unwelcoming. It wasn’t crowded and they seemed to be in a rush to check people out to get back to socializing.

2 /5 Rick: It’s during the holiday season. I’m the second person in line and I have to wait 15 minutes to check out. I see at least eight employees wandering about and chatting with friends. Pretty ridiculous.
