1 /5 Loralee Leavitt: I bought my daughter 2 pairs of sweatpants and the fabric started deteriorating after 3 weeks. Old Navy would not allow me to return the items so were out $65. Im never shopping at Old Navy again, and I recommend you avoid it.
Update: I spoke to the Old Navy corporate office, and they assured me that they stand behind their products and that a store manager would approve the return of a defective product. However, when I showed the store manager the sweatpants, with the runs and fabric deterioration that had developed after only 2 weeks of wear, she said that since they had been worn this was normal wear and not defective. I think pants that develop lines and deterioration after 2 weeks are in fact defective, so I will not be buying their pants again.
