5 /5 Cherie MacLean: I stopped in for one thing ended up buying a plethora of items ! JOJO was amazing in the shoe section went above and beyond helping me many sudden times I was buying shoes for 5 kids plus me. JOJO even showed me how to open the app and scan bar codes to check for items and shop online if the store didn’t have it. He made my shopping experience better !! Never seemed put out by how busy it was ! Very friendly and super helpful ! Courtney helped me with my husband’s shirts to find the right size to hit him. He’s tall with long arms. She was very kinda Saym checked me out and even thought it was crazy busy she was friendly and helpful ! The staff were amazing in a very busy day !! Great deals super happy !! Nordstrom’s after years and years never has let me down with quality and customer service !

1 /5 Marie Barchasch: This was my first time at this Nordstroms Rack. The store was a mess and disorganized. I had a hard time finding any one for help finding someone to help me find some black casual pair of pants. I finally asked someone to call someone in the ladies department for help . The gentleman came over and just stood and pointed to the areas and walked away with no help at all and was rude. I then started to look and found 4 pairs to try on and I was looking for a yellow sweater . I had gone to the lady standing over at the cosmetic area to call the manager. I stood there for 5 minutes and still no manager. I saw a lady by the name of Desiree. She was so kind and helped me find what I needed. I will definitely be back and ask for her again if I need help. I know that the Nordstrom’s family would not be happy to hear how I was treated when I first came into there store. I’m happy I stayed and got Desiree.

2 /5 Mary Cartwright: I spent around an hour clothes shopping and had quite a few items to try on by the time I visited the fitting rooms. I was told I could only try on 15 items at a time (unclear why) and to leave my additional items on the rack to switch out when I was done trying on the first batch. So ok, I try all my items on then bring the ones out that didn’t work to switch with the ones I had left to try and low and behold half of my clothes have been removed by the attendants and other items that aren’t mine were mixed in with the ones that were left. This was extremely frustrating since I was told my items would be kept for me to switch out. I ended up just leaving without purchasing anything because I did not want to have to go back through and find everything they put back out without giving me the opportunity to try all my items on. Seems to me that if customers want to try items on before purchase you should just let them do so without the hassle of only allowing 15 items at a time. It certainly would have prevented this frustration with you all putting my items away and would be a much more favorable customer experience.

3 /5 Nicole P: Mixed variety of prices, good quality products. You need to sift through the merchandise to find whats right for you. I loved the purse and shoe selection. Been a few times and havent bought anything but next time lots might be purchased.

2 /5 Laura Martin: What a mess. Who can tell what they have! This is an update dated December 8, 2025. Nordstrom rack responded to my initial posting which I cannot see on this edit. I appreciate the person who took time to say they were going to improve the store. I should have said that there were only two visible employees on the floor and they had no time to answer questions. They were busy putting things on racks which were already stuffed. I will go back to visit the Rack again.
