5 /5 Kristen Lawrence: I havent been to Old Navy in a while. I cant shop there but my son does sometimes. I was so excited when I walked in and saw that everything in the womens section had plus sizes up to 4X! I was so happy. I am a size 2X and I got to shop at Old Navy again! Everything was nice and organized, the store was clean, and the employees were friendly. Im definitely going back!

1 /5 Kaitlyn Guzman: Went in to shop for cloths had a bag from another store didn’t think anything of it till now. they had a really cute set in the front tried it on loved it but was a little tight went back to see if there was a size up they advertised sizes 4x but I couldn’t find any and looked at the other colors in the set and everything was fine till someone said in Spanish they were watching me because I was going to steal then I really started to noticed that they were in fact watching me and asking me a lot of questions. I called my husband who was at another store to see if it was really happening or it was just me and he told me just to leave I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. I do not need to steal I started a new job and need more cloths I don’t think I can go back to the store without feeling that embarrassment all over again I do not recommend shopping at this store just shop online and use the store as a source for your returns Note- I spoke the to manager and she did not seem sorry at all although she did say it in a patronizing tone

2 /5 Cindy QT: Very dissappear this time with the checkout process and the staff. We made our purchade but before walkjng out of the store we saw a $5 donation charge. I went up to an available clerk, showed her the receipt and she said they automatically took it off i added things up and it turns out they didnt, I was finally refunded. Ill be watching my transaction extremely close here.
