4 /5 H Qwynn: Love Ross. Great place for bargain hunting. Low to mid-range designer brands. If you are petite like me, you won’t find clothes here, but housewares, kitchen items, throw pillows, sheets and such are usually good quality and reasonably priced below retail. Can be a fun place to spend an hour or so. Many novelty items and anime toys if that’s your thing. This store is clean and generally well organized. Like all Ross locations, it has the characteristic long lines during busy hours, too few cashiers and the bizarre paranoia about the loss of shopping carts…

1 /5 Lydia Jones: Came in to look at sun glasses, dry shampoo, and a hair brush. All things I needed in a pinch between appointments. While searching the beauty section for a hair brush the security officer blatantly followed me and only me around the ENTIRE time! Made me extremely uncomfortable. I understand it’s his job, but as a 33 year old woman who’s never stolen a thing in her life, it was very embarrassing. I don’t know if my “mama” sweater and leggings made him profile me or what. Won’t be returning!

Store let the shoplifting walking off the store, but checking every detail (check receipt, see what inside the bag) on costumer who literally just paid and the security is also standing there watching. I dont mind being checked, but its getting too much and I feel like were being targeted instead of the real shoplifting.

1 /5 Brandy M: Did not appreciate the exit receipt check requiring a man to lean in to my lap practically to make sure the bag was visibly checked on camera. Ask me to raise the bag next time, tell me WHY youre leaning in to my personal area. Anything. Poor customer service at the counter as well, will not be returning to this location. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Sera: Called and spoke with a younger gal on the phone today 6.26, regarding an Item that they had at their north location prior but sold out of. The worker let me know over the phone she wasn’t able to go and check the store for me to see if their was what I was looking for which really didn’t make much sense to me. When I called the north two stores they were both more than willing to help me out with
