1 /5 Татьяна Туник: I want to share feedback because this has happened to me twice at TJ Maxx.
On one visit, the cashier scanned the same item twice, and another item that was on my receipt ($4 cosmetic bag with socks) was missing from my bag. On a different visit before New Year’s, I was again charged twice for the same item — a lip gloss, even though I only purchased one.
I shop at TJ Maxx regularly (about once a month), and having the same issue happen twice in such a short time is concerning. Please review the checkout process to prevent this from happening in the future.
