1 /5 DN DKUS: I am writing to express my frustration with the treatment I received at your store. I happened to be in the area and decided to pop in, but upon entering, I was immediately followed and scrutinized by your sales associates. I understand the area isnt great and theft may be an issue, but that is no excuse for treating customers poorly.
And before anyone uses cultural differences because your sales associates are Korean, it is not a valid justification for this behavior. I shop where I am appreciated, not just tolerated. Im not trying to sound elitist, but for context, one mist of my Baccarat Rouge 540 costs more than anything in your store.
I expect you to address this issue and ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity.
