1 /5 Sarah Stovall: Employee was rude and disrespectful... proceeded to mock my son with a customer because he simply asked "do you know where the fitting rooms are?" Because this was his first time shopping here, because he is a kid and is learning still. Not sure why the Employee felt it was necessary to mock him and especially with another customer.. "Do I KnOw WhErE ThE FitTiNg RoOm Is, lIkE I DoNt WoRk HeRe...?" No one greeted us upon entering and no one said a word the enitre time we were in there except to mock my son. We will not be shopping here again any time soon.

5 /5 Ayden Reese: yesterday i went to store 018 at capital mall in olympia washington, while i was there the staff was so nice and were very communicative about their deals and just normal conversations, while they were ringing me up they were giving me cookies that had just gotten door dashed and they were so good, amazing experience i would highly recommend.

She is soooo helpful, friendly and genuine. She helped me upgrade my long board and made me feel so supported and taken care of. She is awesome and new to the PNW coming from Hawaii. Go show her some love she is pure sun shine! ✨I’ll be back to purchase from her again! Thank you Belle!!

Richard Myer: My Wife called in a curbside order for me to pick up, I got the confirmation that it was ready. Went to the store try to do curbside, couldn’t get it to work tried calling the store nobody you can talk to called and connected with the department. Explain to the people that I was unable to connect with anybody. She said she was going to contact someone and my order would be out shortly 45 minutes later still nothing. I called her back, but no one answered. Tried the operator. No one available. Eventually a lady came out with the wrong package and acted like I was putting her out.. Then she went back into store and came out with the correct package and said the problem was it was never ordered curbside. I said that’s funny because I have the confirmation for the curbside order and that it is ready. What an outfit, pretty easy to see why they’re closing lots of their stores. I definitely won’t be back.
