Valerie Tung My family and I moved to Creekside a few years ago and have greatly appreciated the high quality care we get here. Recent fillings w Dr Brent were the most comfortable of my life thus far! (I didnt even realize I was getting shots and was waiting for him to finish!) Further, this practice takes infection prevention to the next level, truly following best practice -- which I really appreciate! My former dentist before we moved nearby usually wins best dentist for all of Seattle - Creekside has equaled his practice in every way. I feel we are getting best quality care every time. Lastly, my kids now LOVE going to the dentist - preferring Creekside to either of the two pediatric practices we had gone to prior! They ask me about the next appointment months in advance. :) Everyone is friendly, professional, and make it fun for my kids.

Mike Ellickson I’ve been a patient at Creekside Family Dentistry for many years. The doctors and staff are friendly and skilled. One of the things I like is that the doctors give me the information I need to understand my condition and the treatment options and then let me decide. There is no pressure. I typically wait a while before writing reviews to ensure I can provide a thorough and thoughtful recommendation, and after over a year of visits, I can confidently say that this practice deserves the highest praise. I first came here after a recommendation from another parent at my son’s school, as I was looking for a dentist who works with kids. I was so impressed by the care they provided for my son that I decided to become a patient myself. Since then, I’ve had cleanings, cavities filled, and a crown, and every experience has exceeded my expectations. Both Dr. Brent and Dr. K are wonderful—kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making their patients feel comfortable. As someone who isn’t fond of dental procedures, I really appreciate how they explain every step of the process before doing anything, so there are never any surprises. One thoughtful touch that stood out to me was them providing a blanket during my procedure to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. The highlight for my son, however, was picking out a toy from the treasure chest! If youre in the Kent area and in need of a dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Creekside Dental. Their exceptional care and attention to detail make all the difference!

Sharon I am new to Dr.Kim and i cant be more satisfied. I have had very bad experiances with dentist. While numbing me i waited for the needle i never felt it! I asked the assistant when was he going to numb me she said its done. I am very pleased with the 3 filings he completed for me. I am on a great dental journey. Dr.Kim is great! Jennifer Delp I have the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Steven Kim. I recently had quite a bit of dental work done, starting with routine cleaning/x-rays. It was then discovered that (likely due to severe GERD) that I needed 3 fillings and 3 root canals. I have significant anxiety surrounding dental procedures, but it’s Dr. Kim and his staff, starting at the beginning with Sheryl at the front desk, and continuing with Dr. Kim and his assistant Vanessa, who ensured that I was comfortable and calm throughout the process. All of the work was done in a timely fashion with care and quality. I am on the road to feeling better now. I am so thankful for all that has been done, and for what will be done. My sincerest gratitude to Dr. Kim and his team!

Gail Faro What a warm and caring dental office. Dr. John Beack is top notch with a gentle hand and genuinely cares about his patients. This is the first dentist, in all of my 55 years, that had ever taken the time to reach out to me after a procedure to check on me and see how I was doing. It made me feel valued. So, happy to have found my perfect dental office.

Tory Yamaguchi Highly recommend! Dr. Beack, Sherry the Hygenist and the woman at the front desk were all very welcoming. Sherry was super considerate when taking x-rays and cleaning, talking through everything and making sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Beack was also super considerate—talking through everything he was doing, explaining it clearly and giving me a heads up on what to expect every step of the way. Never had an easier and gentler cleaning! This practice definitely cares about quality patient care, in addition to doing a great job with my teeth!

Daniel and Christina Mickelson Dr. Beack is a fabulous dentist. He is always very thorough and kind. I have had a few fillings with him and have been very impressed with his work. He always calls afterward to make sure I am recovering well. I have never heard of a dentist that calls their patients to check in after a filling. Also, the rest of the staff are friendly and do a wonderful job. I always request Chrissy for a dental hygienist. She does a great job and is fun to talk with.

Doctor and his assistants are courteous, professional and very attentive to each patient’s individual needs. Mikala Bird-Davis Absolutely love this dental office! They were originally in Covington close to my house but they moved to Kent and I followed them. Everyone is always pleasant starting with a warm greeting from the front desk Yuri and Nevanah then being called back to Nileshma and Dr. Kahlon who are always smiling and jokes with my boys making them feel super comfortable and excited to come to the dentist. My family has had the best experience here.

Naomi Shreve I have severe dental anxiety after a horrific and painful wisdom teeth removal. I had not been to the dentist since, 8+ years. I needed a lot of work done, the team at Sunrise Dental is phenomenal. They never act judgemental and are super sweet and kind. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Incredible dental experience honestly, I drive 30 minutes because Ive never received this level of respect anywhere else.

Web master Devon To anyone about to go to this place, please read what I have to say and reconsider going to this inhuman place. Their secretary made up her own rules as if she was in charge of the whole place. They gave me a whole separate appointment to just "talk" about what they were gonna do when they couldve just told me when they were gonna do it. I have bad anxiety about doctors and dentists so my doctor gave me some medication to take for this appointment so I could remain calm. And they refused to let me take it because "We dont want you high when we talk to you" even though they couldve talked to my grandma if they were so "worried" about that. I had an appointment with this place not too long ago and they refused to take me because my grandma cant walk. They refused to take care of me because my own grandmother cant walk and they were the ones who required her to go when we told them she cant walk. Please reconsider on going to this place and go somewhere else. They dont take people with disabilities.

Angel Riddle I took my daughter here after our primary dentist referred her for root canals. The front desk staff have been helpful and kind to us and have helped us understand insurance. She had a positive experience with her root canal and said it was not that bad. We will be going back for her other root canals next month.

Dr. Anderson himself was awesome. Took the time to physically draw a schematic of my teeth and showed me how teeth work! Very informative and helped put me at ease about questions I had.

April Myers My husband and I both love this Dentist! The whole staff! We like that the office isn’t fancy, and that Dr. Anderson teaches dentistry at the University of Washington. I wish I’d gone to them sooner, because my son ended up with a lot of dental work that he didn’t need to have done. If your dentist tells you that your child or you need a dozen fillings, time to go see Dr. Anderson.

Sean Verlander I was very nervous for my first root canal. Dr Brandon Yamamura talked me through the procedure and put me at ease during the consultation. They scheduled my root canal reasonably quickly, then offered to bump up my appointment when there was a cancellation (I couldnt move up my appointment due to work but I appreciated them reaching out). The day of the procedure I felt very comfortable, partly because I was very, very numb. But the entire team was empathetic, efficient, and great at what they do. Ive had next to no pain which was a pleasant surprise for a root canal. Thanks again!

Richard Symmes When it comes to your health, you want to make sure you are working with the best and Dr. Brandon and Dr. Peter are the best! This was my first time having to go to an endodontist and I was dreading having to have a root canal as it sounded like it would be painful, but it was a really easy procedure, didnt hurt and I was able to eat right after. My tooth is now pain free with no more sensitivity! If you are looking for the best endodontists, look no further, you will be in good hands!

Niko W. 1st impression in May was not impressive. This office was small and very noisy with mix dental equipments sounds, plus people were talking over each other. One guy was shouting loudly and rudely in Chinese on the phone, and to the receptionist. All of these were happening while an important(to me) paid consultation was given in the same area. Dr. Peter Yamamura apologized for the chaos around us (bad timing). Wished he had taken me into an office(a private room with a closed door), so we could have a reasonable space for a consultation, even my regular dentist had her own office to talk to me about dental plans. I e-mailed Dr. Peter plenty of questions after the consultation to help making an important decision. Both him and his book-keeper were responsive. Everything was upfront and clear. Dr. Peter answered all my questions in a professional and timely manner. That’s very rare nowadays because most people don’t have the patience to read. And usually only one question was answered when you had asked three. Just had my Root Canal Retreatment therapy done this week, it went smoothly with no pain at all. Hope a good decision makes a positive outcome.

Laura Evans This is the most amazing dental facility that I have found who takes Apple Health, and who ACTUALLY took time to care for my mouth instead of just trying to make a dollar. The staff is friendly and professional, not to mention super helpful! Dr. Burke and her team are amazing. If you have dental issues, go see Dr. Burke at Sea Mar Dental in Burien.

Kayla Conner Unprofessional staff who is poorly trained, if trained at all. No resources offered for an emergency patient, even told to go to the ER? The Emergency room will send anyone away for dental care. YOU WOULD THINK A DENTIST OFFICE THIS BIG COULD TRAIN THEIR STAFF. Appallingly untrained experience on the phone with their staff.

y aux Excellent staff. Carlos G at the front counter was thorough in entering my tax documents and adjusted the info to reflect the correct numbers, rather than what I had incorrectly reported. This saved me a couple hundred dollars. My son likes it there because they will take the time to explain his dental insurance coverage limits , warn that a second cleaning in one year isnt covered and what the what cost would be out of pocket before he set the appointment. The tech assist is considerate and explains each step before continuing. Dr. Wu stays up to date on current events and research; I experienced sever jaw pain and though it was a bad tooth, but he knew that it was likely due to the mask mandate and my hypersensitivity to having a mask around my ears. I added a headband with buttons on the side to attach the mask, and within 3 days the pain was reduced, within 2 weeks the inflammation was gone. I have never heard of someone having unnecessary or unwanted care at this office.

Edward Fox I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Lee’s office and his staff. Every time I’ve come in for a cleaning I’m greeted by the front desk receptionist and the wait is never long. The dental hygienist has always made sure to find a comfortable position for me as I am a little bit on the anxious side when it comes to dental cleanings. Dr. Lee, himself, is exceptional in his professionalism and thoroughness. He never seems rushed and always makes sure to take plenty of time to answer all of my questions. I couldn’t recommend this office more.

Rebecca S Its been way too long since Ive seen a dentist, Im guilty of being reactive and not proactive when it comes to a lot of self-care situations. I unsurprisingly found myself with a dental issue that I needed to get checked out, so I found this local dental office in my lookup on my dental insurance find-a-doctor tool! Ive never been afraid or adverse to dentists, I had great ones as a kid. But you always get nervous meeting a new care-provider regardless of a good experience with others. They got me in quickly and when they diagnosed me with a cavity on the visit, they even had the time to get me in immediately to fix it with the same appointment. I went in fearing Id need a crown and the time that always takes to get done, so it was a great relief that it was a quick-enough fix to get me patched back up. The front office is friendly, from the initial phone call to the check-in desk the morning before the visit. The dental hygienist is kind, gentle and accommodating. And Dr. George is warm, personable and lighthearted. Its a nice little setup for the open air rooms that are more like a cubical of sort, you dont feel cooped up or anxious in a little examination room. I look forward to now becoming a good dental patient and getting my teeth regularly cared for now that Ive found a great reliable practice to make that easily obtainable!

Sylvia I’ve come here for years! Through the change of ownerships the admin staff and hygienists have always been so great a personable. And if I’m honest, I don’t typically feel super comfortable with people in my mouth. But the staff here has always been super comfortable for me to open my mouth to. I used to have to get gas Or whatever to be outta of it in order to be comfortable with anyone in my mouth. But with my time of working with the friendly staff here. No medication is needed to make me feel relaxed in order to get the job done. They’re very patient without making you feel weird for anything you may struggle with. They get it. And are super understanding. Highly recommend. My whole family comes here even though we have a bit of a commute to come to this office.

They care about their patients and make the whole process as pleasurable as possible, given that we are talking about drilling into my teeth and stabbing me in the gums with needles. stansha thomas This office is so unprofessional the lady who answered the phone to schedule my appointment scheduled me on a day that they were closed I drove all the way to their office for nobody to be there. I also called multiple times to confirm my appointment nobody answered even after a couple of day of me trying to call to reschedule still no answer. I just called back and the lady answered and refused to schedule my appointment and was having an attitude because I expressed my frustration of having to run around to get an appointment I would not recommend there very rude and super unprofessional
