Suzanne Karelsen Dr. Gold is a wonderful physician to see. She was thorough and truly cared about my well-being. She was professional in every way. She spoke to my Dentist and together they came up with a treatment plan that would work for me I highly recommend her to anyone who needs any dental treatment work done on their teeth. Her whole team from the front desk to your procedure room was attentive. Dr Gold made sure that all of my questions were answered completely. I definitely did not feel rushed whatsoever.

I felt comfortable and safe with Dr Gold and the staff that I met. It was a very positive experience. Jennifer Wilson Honestly the best dental office I have ever gone to. They are kind, nonjudgmental, and meet you where you are at. I got my wisdom teeth out here and will continue going as long as I am in the state. They understand dentist anxiety and work with you to make it better, as well as not scolding you for not coming in every 6 months like you should. They are sensitive about financials and give you multiple care options with the pros and cons of each without judging you for needing time to get everything done, helping prioritize what needs to be done now and what can wait without pressure.

Ray Hernandez Starting off with the obvious I need dentures. I scheduled an appointment to have a tooth pulled. I went to the appointment I was told there was not enough time to pull my tooth. I could schedule a root canal and a buildup for my broken tooth. The appointment was made simply to have one tooth pulled. They have a very nice office, I understand that they may feel the need to perform unnecessary procedures to pay their rent. I was able to find an honest dentist without any upsell or offering of unnecessary procedures. If you are looking for an honest dentist you should try Allen Creek family dentistry in Marysville. I would rather pull my own tooth out instead of being ripped off by New Life Dental Arts.

Adrianne Peee Look no further than New Life. Since I was young, about 5-7 years old, I had developed a fear/anxiety from not the greatest experiences over the years. I would feel anxious before going (day before, day of and during) ... so for almost 30 years -- QUEUE New Life Dental. About 4 or so years ago, my coworker and friend recommended New Life Dental as her son also had had some anxiety towards the dentist and they came highly recommended by her. Trusting her word, I went for my first appointment (had not been in at least 6 years prior to this). Never did I think that by first day, stepping into those doors, not only would I receive professional, timely, gentle and PATIENT care, but God would use them to remove all anxiety in going to the dentist. I went from feeling anxious on my first visit, to a little nitrous during a filling on the next...to Dr. Amy saying my next required filling was really close to the surface and if I was comfortable, I wouldnt require it, but she could for my own comfort no problem. Dont ask me how, but I made the personal choice to not get numbed that visit and I didnt feel any pain at any point. I went from "this is so stressful" to I kid you not, almost taking a nap WHILE GETTING DENTAL WORK :O which is just wild to me. Susan I recently went to the dentist for a teeth cleaning, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The dental hygienist, Hayley, was amazing—she was so kind and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. I had to get X-rays done before the cleaning, something I didn’t know ahead of time and was honestly dreading. I have a really bad gag reflex when it comes to foreign objects in my mouth, and the X-ray sensor with its dull edges has always been uncomfortable for me in the past. But this time? Hayley made it a breeze. She was so quick and efficient while taking the pictures of my teeth that I barely had time to feel anxious. The cleaning itself was just as impressive. Hayley’s gentle approach had me so relaxed that I nearly dozed off a couple of times—though I had to fight to keep my mouth open! I’ve been coming to this practice for years, ever since I had braces and other dental work done, and it’s always been a great experience. Dr. Mike is fantastic, and the office manager, Heidi, helps create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel cared for, not just like another patient on the schedule. My 8 year old was so comfortable with them. No anxiety what so ever. But, I have to say that everyone was super caring and empathetic as well as understanding my unique needs. The hygienist was terrific and was nearly painless. Jules Cunningham Beware of Arlington Family Dentistry (AFD). I moved to Arlington last fall. Prior to that I had been going to the same dentist for 15 years. My previous dentist checks coverage before every treatment and notifies you of any out of pocket costs. AFD does not! I found this out when I received a bill for $206 teeth cleaning and x-rays. The statement had a February date showing 60 days late. When I called to find out why I owed the money and why I hadn’t received a previous notice I was told they were behind on sending statements and my insurance did not cover the x-rays. I have never paid any out of pocket expenses for teeth cleaning and x-rays. The x-rays were not covered as the type of x-ray they used is only covered every 5 years. AFD told me it is my responsibility to know what would be covered. Lesson learned. I will not be going back.

Mike Philips Came in for a cleaning and x-rays and saw colette the Hygienist and she was fantastic! The Dr was vey thorough and explained everything, and the front desk was very informative with my next steps for my treatment. Definitely recommend!

Kendra Danner The dentist, dental assistant, and dental hygienist are all really great. They didnt scorn me for having poor oral health habits. They were very sympathetic and understanding towards my past trauma and current situation involving unfair treatment from other people. They dental hygienist was talking to me as if we were good friends and being very supportive and compassionate towards my current uncomfortable situation. If looking for a great practice, I highly recommend Avenue dental care Arlington. They do not push you into treatment you dont need like what happened at the last place I went. Even the staff at the desk is really great and compassionate. They are all compassionate and very sympathetic. Everyone is just as frustrated as me that my permanent crown is taking a long time to come back from the lab. If you want great care and compassionate staff, come here

Faith Amazing office from start to finish. The building is beautiful and their equipment is new and well set up. Everyone I met was absolutely lovely. Dr. Ruben was very informative and happy to answer questions and made certain I was informed about my teeth. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but I could almost forget about it due to how friendly and pleasant people are here. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the doctor I felt like I wasn’t just an annoyance and that they wanted to help me. I’m very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place like this while traveling.

Shawn Kirckof This dental clinic is awesome. I was in with a bad tooth (so painful) - it needed to be pulled right away. The clinic staff were all wonderful. They understood completely that I am in a bit of a pinch due to being unemployed during this Covid-19 pandemic. They helped me to decide the best course of action at a cost I could afford and never, even for a moment, made me feel bad because I didnt have a lot of money or any dental insurance. The respectful way I was treated means more than I can say. I highly recommend them for any work you need done!

Shelby Dellinger Horrible Horrible customer service they lie and toss you around like you dont mean anything. I had an appointment for 2:30 that I had booked weeeellll in advanced. Got there before the appointment and there was no where to park with their lot full so I called and told them I was outside and asked for additional parking and the girl advised me to try to find somewhere along the street and that she would let the staff know I was here but looking for a parking spot and told me Id still get my appointment. Drove around a couple minutes and finally found a place to park where I would then have to walk a couple blocks to the building. I get in and all seems well they check me in make me sign forms and sit and wait and then 10 minutes later call me up to the desk and tell me Im now on standby appointment and need to sit here and wait for someone to potentially not show up for their appointment so I can be seen mind you this was all just the young girls at the front desk. I explained my situation proved I called ahead of my appointment and asked to speak to someone higher up and they would not let me. Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect and truthfulness. Its truly a disappointment when youre in pain and have waited for an appointment show up on time and then get tossed out because they dont have a big enough parking lot to support their patients.

Options for text and email reminders (which I always need) and a convenient location too, right off I-5. Small clinic, great team, never fail to make me feel appreciated as a customer. A lack of reviews probably due to an influx of children and more elderly persons from the chunk of patients Ive seen, but I believe they deserve a 5/5.

Kim Hall Went last week for check up. Lower teeth in bad shape. Have a few broken teeth and pain into the gums. Dr. G looked at teeth took exrays. Need teeth pulled and dentures, but did nothing for pain or check for infection. I am in excutionary pain. Nothing helping. Any quick remedies till I can get to surgeon next week. Thank you for listening. I have gone there for many years and will continue. They are usually really caring. I just felt he was in a hurry to get me out of there.

I have toothache since couple weeks ago, after the limited check, doctor suggest to me to do the filling and root canal, Im so nervous to visit dentist since I was kid, everytime I almost request for laughing gas when I do dental procedure, but this time Im didnt requested, because Dr.park was so patient about answer my a lot of question, we talk about my treatment plan a lot, this office really cares about patients.
