The dental hygienist, Hayley, was amazing—she was so kind and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. I had to get X-rays done before the cleaning, something I didn’t know ahead of time and was honestly dreading. I have a really bad gag reflex when it comes to foreign objects in my mouth, and the X-ray sensor with its dull edges has always been uncomfortable for me in the past. But this time? Hayley made it a breeze. She was so quick and efficient while taking the pictures of my teeth that I barely had time to feel anxious.
The cleaning itself was just as impressive. Hayley’s gentle approach had me so relaxed that I nearly dozed off a couple of times—though I had to fight to keep my mouth open! I’ve been coming to this practice for years, ever since I had braces and other dental work done, and it’s always been a great experience. Dr. Mike is fantastic, and the office manager, Heidi, helps create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel cared for, not just like another patient on the schedule. Even my grandchild comes with me now, and they love it too—proof that this team knows how to make everyone comfortable, no matter their age. I can’t recommend them enough!
