She was super knowledgeable, thorough and her bedside manner was outstanding! She made my 16 year old son feel very safe and heard. 5 /5 Jennifer Wilson: Honestly the best dental office I have ever gone to. They are kind, nonjudgmental, and meet you where you are at. I got my wisdom teeth out here and will continue going as long as I am in the state. They understand dentist anxiety and work with you to make it better, as well as not scolding you for not coming in every 6 months like you should. They are sensitive about financials and give you multiple care options with the pros and cons of each without judging you for needing time to get everything done, helping prioritize what needs to be done now and what can wait without pressure.

My wife came here and loved the people she encountered during her visits so I finally made the appointment. Everyone in that building was so friendly. Dr. Dhillon was phenomenal. She is very attentive to you while she’s working and explains everything. Cassie and Diana were amazing as well. I don’t have anything but great things to say about this place!

Jenny Aguilar: Terrible experience. I called ahead to ensure that they were skilled at handling someone with diagnosed anxiety as well as a 97-year old patient. They assured me they were on both - which was a complete lie. They did nothing to provide any sort of comfort for my 97-year old mother and treated her roughly. For myself, they did not address my anxiety after me repeatedly raising it at the beginning of the appointment. The Dr. just proceeded aggressively with no conversation or acknowledgement of my concerns. I ended up leaving the appointment because I didn’t feel safe. The lack of sensitivity here is astounding.

The dental hygienist, Hayley, was amazing—she was so kind and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. I had to get X-rays done before the cleaning, something I didn’t know ahead of time and was honestly dreading. I have a really bad gag reflex when it comes to foreign objects in my mouth, and the X-ray sensor with its dull edges has always been uncomfortable for me in the past. But this time? Hayley made it a breeze. She was so quick and efficient while taking the pictures of my teeth that I barely had time to feel anxious. The cleaning itself was just as impressive. Hayley’s gentle approach had me so relaxed that I nearly dozed off a couple of times—though I had to fight to keep my mouth open! I’ve been coming to this practice for years, ever since I had braces and other dental work done, and it’s always been a great experience. Dr. Mike is fantastic, and the office manager, Heidi, helps create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel cared for, not just like another patient on the schedule. Even my grandchild comes with me now, and they love it too—proof that this team knows how to make everyone comfortable, no matter their age. I can’t recommend them enough!
