Karl Perez Trust the reviews! This is the best family dentistry in Fedway. I had chronic teeth pain on both sides of my mouth a year ago. I had just one deep cleaning session from this team and the pain never returned. They’re the only dental place that recommended a 3 month cleaning as oppose to the standard 6 month cleaning. I didn’t even know this was an option and with more frequent visits I have zero pain in my teeth. The staff are the best at what they do, they take their time to really clean everything and I always feel at home. More importantly I always feel like I am walking away with a brand new mouth. Thank you guys for being top notch!

Unlike my previous shadowing experience, where the hygienist was rude and completely ignored me, the team here was welcoming and skilled. Hygienist Diana was talkative and made patients feel at ease while ensuring a thorough cleaning. Hygienist Julia was kind, engaging in small talks with patients and working with great precision to guarantee there is zero mistake in her work. Though I didn’t observe Marie much, she seemed excellent as well. Their professionalism and kindness have set a great example, and I aspire to bring the same level of care and attentiveness as a future hygienist. Dr. Hannah, the assistants, and front desk manager Tanya were all kind. They made sure to provide the best service as possible to their patients. Michelle Boyer We have been going to DDS Chong’s office for over 9 years. Never once have I had a bad experience. They are completely capable, compassionate and consistent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. I recently needed a last minute appointment for a broken retainer wire, called in at 8:00am and they got me in at 1:00pm, that is just excellent service.

Catia Ross Best dentist and staff around! They are so caring and personable. I have been going to this office for 20 years (original it was a different dentist). My husband, pre-teen and I are clients here. Today was another day where they show how much they care. I had my husband drop me off for a longer appointment. THEY called my husband about 30 mins before I was done to make sure I had a ride home. From last minute appointments (and watching my toddler during said appointment), to holding my hand during shots... I dont think you can find a better group of people. Full disclosure, this my second Google review of them because this place deserves all the praise!

Lynn Bitter I have only been to see Dr. Han twice, but my experience has been quite positive. He really listens to my concerns and takes a scientific, but thoughtful and engaged approach to any issues I raise (tooth sensitivity, headaches). He is thorough and quite knowledgeable and I know I am in good hands. I mentioned that I tend to have anxiety when going to the dentist and he adjusted his approach to ensure my comfort and ease. Jacob Matthews This place allowed me to smile again. I am not a normal case, as I had undergone an accident in 2020 in which I needed to have 9 reconstructive surgeries. These were all facial reconstructive surgeries and in 2023 I was finally able to get dental implants. I went to UW school of dentistry, as that is the place that was recommended to me. They refused to do the implants surgery, saying my case was to difficult for the doctors there, after wasting a year waiting for them to tell me that. So I decided to go the clear choice, best decision I have made. The doctors, Dr. Noblitt and Dr. Pineyor were extremely professional and dedicated to their craft. The staff was always super friendly, Yuki, a staff member that is nice and caring always was a joy for me to see. I would recommend Clear Choice to anyone who is considering implants, they really changed my life for the better.

J P Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the service is received was far from acceptable... I went in with no pain, had about 5 fillings done. Since then, I cannot chew on any of the teeth that the dentist worked on. I went back in and the dentist tried to adjust my bite and she totally re drilled a filling. With no explanation other than to be safe... ..Afterwords my teeth hurt worse than before.... plus the dentist left Giant glob of filling and did a HORRENDOUS job of polishing each filling. Felt like 80 grit sandpaper on my tongue. The dentist said that is as good as it will ever get.....smh. I went to a different dentist and in one short visit, he adjusted my bite correctly and polished the glob away and the rest of the fillings. The fillings and polish job were poorly done at Sunrise. As I already knew. Ive never had any pain or discomfort in my teeth until I went to Sunrise federal way..... absolute nightmare experience.

Ivan Postivka Dr Vanama and her staff are awesome! Professional with the personal touch. She is our boys trusted dentist for years - very gentle, kind and fun. Her office is a great environment and she goes above and beyond to make his patients comfortable. The front desk staff are also very friendly and courteous and can usually squeeze us in if we need an emergency appointment. Great dentist and great environment! The patient is put first before everything. I cant rave enough!

Regis Sanders Went in for a deep cleaning. Sam and Carmen were very friendly and provided explanations to any questions I had abbot the process. Dr. Hwang is also very pleasant. The entire front office staff is really hospitable and help you to feel relaxed. They are very flexible about scheduling your appointments around times that are really optimal for your schedule and your wallet. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to have dental work done!

lisa scheuer I’ve been impressed with Geriatric Dental, I went for an initial assessment appointment last week which was super thorough. There was no rush, I could ask questions without feeling rushed. Unfortunately they found 2 small cavities. But I was able to get appointments this week for a teeth cleaning and get the 2 cavities filled. No waiting for an opening in a few months like I’m used to. Everyone is very congenial and professional. And filling’s appointment only took 45 minutes. Wow. And I like most of all the value, it’s less of a dent in my wallet since I no longer have dental insurance. They give two thumbs up.

She was very gentle and put me at ease. Dr. Lang was wonderful! He was so patient and kind. He took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions and concerns. stephanie dudley I thought I finally had a good dentist until Payment came up. First of all I had an implant and it took a year and eight months to complete when I have spoken to other dental implant clinics and they say it only takes up to three months to complete an implant and partials that I needed I had made payments every time I came into the clinic. I was constantly paying and felt like it was never ending then finally a year and nine months my partials along with my implant tooth was actually finished and they held them hostage and would not let me have them until I paid $1500 more which was never agreed-upon. They added Fitting fees that they said they did not add when I have a bill from Delta dental that shows that they charged $750 for fitting fees each time I came in and mind you I had to miss work because they’re always having me come in for One year and eight months.The dentist was not even reasonable about a payment plan. I said I needed at least a 6 months to a year to pay $1500 off, I don’t make enough money like he does. He said no that I had to have it paid off in two months or it would be shipped back to The partial/implant processing maker. So instead of being upfront with me about this $1500 that I would have to pay before I Could pick up my partials and implant tooth he sent me a certified letter saying that I was no longer able to come to his clinic, which made no sense. They really screwed me over now. I have this implant in my jaw that is in my bone without a tooth causing me to not be able to chew correctly because he did not give me my implant tooth or my partial like I said, do not go to this dentist. His staff is liars. The Dentist himself is kind, but when it comes to money, he sends you away and sends you a certified letter saying you’re no longer welcome at the clinic. So what am I supposed to do now Mr. Dentist now that I have an implant in my jaw? You didn’t give me any answers in your certified letter as to what to do now he is completely a liar. His staff are liars. Just save your money and go to a real Reputable implant clinic. He needs to be stopped and reported to the Dental association which I have done and sued for in ability to give good quality of care. Do not see this Dentist warning, warning warning do not see this Dentist unless you want to be screwed and kicked out with an implant in your jaw with no tooth no way to chew! He leaves you hanging if you don’t pay up!!!!

Angela Maly To the response on my review - YES I was a patient of yours for years and have the records that prove so, my dentist was dentist Shahrasbi, my name changed because I got married. This place does NOT do dental implants so why does it advertise that it does? Ive gone here for years and this place does not do dental implants does not do bone grafting and does not do oral surgery, why is it advertising that they do these procedures??? Not trying to be rude but this place does not have dentists with enough attention to detail to even attempt these procedures Ive had so many complications cosmetically and health wise from procedures done at this place please be aware of this. Im still super confused as to why this place is advertising that they do dental implants as this is NOT a procedure that this place provides.... this place is also NOT a cosmetic dental office it is just about the farthest thing from it so please be aware of this if you plan on going to this dental office... very strange that they would advertise this as I can tell you first hand that they do not offer or do procedures like implants so I dont know why they advertising that they do... very strange. Also they do not provide any help to those with dental anxiety I have had panic attacks over a dozen times while getting procedures done here and they do nothing to provide proper care for those with dental anxiety, Ive had some very traumatic experiences here that scarred me for life. This place needs to work on their attention to detail and providing correct antibiotics and very much needs to work on their care and procedures for those with dental anxiety as they did nothing to rectify this issue and will literally let you have panic attacks in the waiting room and dental chair without providing sedation, or anxiety medication or laughing gas. This was very irresponsible of them. Ive also had complications with them not providing antibiotics for infections and complications with them extracting teeth without replacing teeth or any follow up for denture or temporary or permanent replacement of the teeth!

Typical dentists wont start tonwork in someones mouth if another dentist started but I came in there, told them whats going on, they took me in and by far amuch better place to gonthan my previous dentist! If I could, I would give them 10+ stars!

Pedro Montano Dr.Mace and his staff are absolutely amazing! Front desk assistant Felecia is really sweet and makes sure that my next appointments are set at the end of each appointment. She also makes sure to send me reminder messages so I don’t miss any appointments. Dr. Mace and the dental hygienists on his team are super great, respectful and very care while working your mouth. Growing up, I hated the dentist because of how rough they are, however, this has NEVER been the case with Dr.Mace and his team. Dr.Mace also ensures to refer you to the best dental surgeons when there is an issue he is unable to solve. All and all, I absolutely love this office and recommend all of my friends!

I cannot say enough great things about her. She checked in with me throughout the cleaning process to ensure I was comfortable and she certainly did an amazing job. Extremely through. Ill request her to do my cleaning every time.

Her staff is very thoughtful and nice. They explained my insurance benefits and helped me plan my treatment and billing. Very convenient location. Also, the clinic is tech savvy with text appointment reminders. The best dental experience overall in my lifetime really. Very much recommended if you need a dentist.

Nono Parker Small place but a warm feel to it and the staff are wonderful. My 1st visit for teeth abstractions today went well. Although it took me forever to fully get numb, the Dr was very patient and her assistant made it easier for me to stay calm. I hate my oral hygiene but the staff and Dr makes me feel like I have a Million dollar smile... I am insecure about wearing upper dentures and a bottom partial, but after discussing my future plans of a nice smile, I am building my confidence back . I will recommend people to my new dentist.
