1 /5 Mariah Larez: If I could rate a zero I would. I am truly disappointed with this clinic. I have been a patient here for at least 12 years. I have had two sessions go horrible recently. My last visit was on 3/3/25, and I was in for an annual exam. The service was already completed, and the receptionist came into the room while I was on the opporating table, to inform me about their new ownership that just happened earlier this year, and that my insurance is no longer in network with them. This resulted with me having to pay out of pocket. This was very unprofessional, and they could have informed me about this days prior to my appointment so that I had time to cancel and look for a new clinic in network. The other visit was back in november and at that time I was told my insurance (Lifewise) was not in network, and had to pay out of pocket. I filed a claim with my insurance because they WERE in network and my check was sent to their clinic. When I was in last, they told me they didn’t know where my check was and it wil be mailed to me.
