Patty Hart: Everyone was very nice. The dentist was very nice and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed one tooth that was hurting my gum and gave his opinion about other teeth and issues. I went for a second opinion and the X-rays from the previous dentist were blurry so he redid the X-rays at no charge. Wow! A dentist that isn’t money hungry. I love it!
LeShaun Alexander: Great experience. My daughter aged out of her previous dentist and we were a bit skeptical with a new dentist as it took 3 or 4 tries to find her previous dentist. Too many were just too big, not personal and seemed too corporate. This is a small practice with friendly staff.

On top of that, they’ve made us feel like every person in their office truly cares about us. They check on us if we’re experiencing a problem, are always quick to respond, and have bent over backwards to accommodate us. If I could just find an office like theirs for all my other medical needs, life would be perfect!

Liz Bit: This is the dentist I go to! I have had lots of bad experiences at different places and I have always had a positive experience here. They are friendly, caring and gentle. If you dont have insurance they also have an in house insurance plan you can sign up for which extremely helps! I live in South Seattle now and still commute to this location to see my dentist and the wonderful staff here at the federal way bright now dental.

Her staff is very thoughtful and nice. They explained my insurance benefits and helped me plan my treatment and billing. Very convenient location. Also, the clinic is tech savvy with text appointment reminders. The best dental experience overall in my lifetime really. Very much recommended if you need a dentist.

Ive been to some pretty awful dentists, and some that were perfectly fine and did a good job, but either way its always a nerve wracking experience.
This is the first time I havent felt nervous going to the dentist. Everyone is warm, friendly, welcoming, compassionate, and do what they can to make you comfortable.
Despite needing a crown, the process was almost entirely pain-free, and the least pain Ive ever experienced with a dental procedure of this nature.
Communication throughout the process was fantastic, and they made sure to address any concerns I might have had.
I would highly recommend doctor Fredericks, and her amazing staff to anyone! They clearly care about their patients!
