WSECU - Chehalis Kirsten Otterness: I have been with WSECU for a long time (20 years I think?). There was only one time I had an issue, it was resolved, and have been great since. I especially wanted to shout out to the lady that helped me yesterday 5/4/25 (I wish I knew her name). Fantastic job, professional, polite, patient, helpful, the list goes on. All the emoloyees ive worked with through the years have been great, but she was awesome!
