1 /5 Frank Jr. Alegria: First impressions are everything. I signed up for this specific location through my work portal and was told I would need to head into the gym to get everything finalized. Upon arrival, the employee working around 2pm opened the doors and was very rude. She opened the door and asked what we were doing there. We informed her of us signing up through the app and she walked into her office and said she had nothing for us. We let her know that we signed up through our work portal and were told to head into the gym to finalize everything. She cut me off and said “What does that even mean? Signed up through work?” And had so much attitude. I asked her if the print off would help, and with attitude and sarcasm said “Probably”. I went out and got the print off and presented it to her and didn’t even really look at it and told us we had to go to the Summitview location and that she couldn’t help us. I know this is a gym but from a customers standpoint her attitude and demeanor towards us was terrible. I immediately cancelled my subscription and have moved onto a different gym. I’ll be out the money I paid for the month but I would rather go somewhere welcoming than having to deal with someone like that again.
