Which is great, but my review is really for the team we work with face-to-face. With something as important as banking, it is great to met with someone and navigate the process together!

5 /5 Beverly R. Purcell: I am always treated very nicely and they seem to be able to find what I need.

3 /5 Risa Wood: Customer service was okay. However it made me very uncomfortable when employee was almost yelling over the phone to probably other employee. Seriously, even if its training or whatever purpose, using public space to yell is not professional.
