I was a bit intimidated when I first joined, so I scheduled a personal training session with Jessica, and I’m really glad I did. She’s approachable, knowledgeable, and helped me feel at ease right away. The way she talked with me and treated everything like it was normal really helped take the pressure off and made the gym feel a lot more accessible.
I had tried strength training at home before, but being in the gym keeps me more focused and motivated. I think having Jessica, one of the owners, as my personal trainer also adds a sense of connection and accountability. She really knows the space, and theres something encouraging about learning from someone who’s built the gym from the ground up.
One of the things I really appreciate is that she can design a personalized workout plan, so I get expert guidance while still being able to come in on my own time. The gym itself feels welcoming to all body types and fitness levels. It’s never pretentious or overwhelming - just a solid, respectful, supportive place to work out. Since I started, I’ve gotten much stronger and more confident, and the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend.
