5 /5 Kathleen: I love, my home away from home...want to draw extra attention to experience Sunday Nov 16th. When I arrived the place was gleaming, floors shiny, three staff at work, all the while keeping an eye on the counter in case someone needs help. Manager Uriel must be doing a stellar job, consistent solid customer service, regular maintenance, willing to guide guests learning to work a machine, or enjoy red light therapy, the overall team is exceptional. Best PF Ive been to and last count Ive been to sixteen up and down the west coast, not said to impress, rather I know what Im talking about. PS I tend to do a lot of hydro massage, up to four a day, and not once has staff rolled their eyes or made a comment, such as, "Are you sure you want to go again? Thank you!
