1 /5 Efren Martinez: Paused membership for a few weeks since we were going to be gone for medical reasons. Had to pause over email, got confirmation but still kept getting charged. Called no answer, left a voicemail, no call back. Have been emailing for a few weeks to try and get it resolved but no one gets back to you, its been since the end of July and we have been getting charged continuously without anyone trying to get it solved. Was one of my favorite gyms but cant trust a company that keeps charging your account without trying to resolve the issue.
